Remember, the iPhone 7 A1660 has a modem and microphone defect. I have the A1660 that I got used last year and now the mic and service doesn’t work. If there’s no modem firmware in About, it’s got the problem.

I think, iOS 6 does not have iCloud lock.
It is Apple's security feature brought by iOS 7, aiming to prevent your device from unauthorized entry without your permission.
