I've been cooking for a long time. I don't remember my parents seasoning roast chicken with Sofrito. The only time we use Sofrito on Chicken " Pollo Guisado", or Sopa or Asopao de Pollo. Interesting, I think I'll try it. 🐔🐔🐔👩🍳👨🍳

Hola! No enseñé el cubito porque no me han preguntado cual es el que utilizo😬 pero el que uso es el Knorr Selects ya que no contiene aditivos artificiales ni msg. El sofrito me queda así porque utilizo pimientos rojos y achiote.

You cook great and your food looks delicious but bro for real the sodium content that you put in your food is killing people especially Hispanic people you should know that you're overweight yourself that doesn't help us with high blood pressure and diabetes that sodium is killing us you gotta find a way to do these foods with less sodium
