Ingredients
3 ½ - 4lbs Quarter Chicken Legs
1 Onion
1 Head of Garlic
1 ½ - 2tbs Sopita/Chicken Bouillon Cube- To taste
1 cup Cilantro
1 Lime
1 Orange
1 Cubanelle/Green Pepper
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Cumin- optional
1 tbs Orégano
Olive Oil

Thank you girl so much for that tip at section 7:11 on removing the liquid so the meat can crisp up and get dark because I have always wondered how to get my chicken crispy looking like that. Now I know to remove the foil but the liquid I didn't know....thanks for that tip girl! Yesssss!👍🎉🎈

I did this a couple years ago with my turkey for thanksgiving. I put lots of sofrito under the skin and also with a knife made a few holes (kind of like when you make pernil) and stuffed them. Everybody loved the turkey that year!!
