I had to go to the dentist today. I thought I’ll watch your video when I came back and it kept me going when I was in the chair. I recently got back in Clarins Beauty Flash balm, & lip perfectors, MAC Paintpots and Chanel Ultra Le Teint Velvet for example. I would be nice to see some golden oldies we may still have in our make up stashes get some love again! x

Hi Caroline, lovely video, your makeup and hair looks fab, i must get some of that glittery Irish eyeliner. Today i put on a navy eyeliner to match my electric blue jumper and fab minty nail polish that came in your beauty box. I definitely brighten up this dreary east london weather.

Morning Caroline! That Nars palette looks gorgeous. Went to look on our local Sephora and its sold out. Hopefully it comes back into stock. I loved this look, so perfect for summer. Ooh another thing that would be helpful is a look at your makeup brushes? The more expensive better quality ones that are investments that we can buy over time? Th cheaper ones just don’t work as well I’ve found?
Beautiful, pretty, soft look, love it. I have started to age very quickly could you recommend what to use and how I am so confused it is like going to buy a duvet!!!! I use a day cream with spf but that is it. I am 59 this year.
Can I request a tutorial for really bright colours and glitters and shimmers etc please? I know I’m nearly 50 but I’m enjoying makeup so much now I’m older and actually have time that I just want to get it right 😂

Im tempted with the LE tint, looked beautiful on you. Do you think those drugstore tinted moisturizers compare or is it worth the splurge with LE.
I’ve used LE products for years and I can safely say it is worth the splurge (if you can afford it of course) however there are lots of great high street products too, I think Elf is a good dupe brand.

Yes some of their products are lovely light and creamy but i struggle to connect with using a brand that is directed at a certain age group I like to use everything

Good morning my favourite beauty lady.
Morning Caroline. Oh I just love this look on you. It's so warm and brightening, but I couldn't pull off those colours with my ultra fair translucent cool toned skin with red undertones and blue veins. Would it be too much to ask you to do a full face of cool toned makeup that's still brightening and awakening, AND if you can do it for hooded eyes that would be a huge bonus. I really struggle to find cool toned bronzers that will brighten my skin without looking too red, yellow or orange. It's so difficult with my skin tone. Even the Fenty Cheeks Out cream bronzer in Amber is too warm on me, and even most contour colours end up too warm??? The Jones Road rosy bronzer looks nice, but it's a bit out of my price range because of the shipping costs. Also the Gucci fair bronzer looks lovely and cool toned, but again it's over 50 quid wiith delivery 😱. Is there anything out there below £30 that will wake up my very fair cool toned skin. I'd be soo grateful 🙏

Btw, if it helps, I own the ND I need A Nude palette (recent splurge) and the Colourpop Stone Cold palette. Most of the colours in these palettes suit my skin tone.
On a seperate note, I've never understood how Colourpop can be a US only brand, but they spell it the english way??? 🤔
I saw the thumbnail and thought "wow, Caroline's looking very fresh and chipper"! These colours suit you so much; what a difference the blush makes as it's the perfect colour for you. Also, I must try the LE foundation because it looks so effortless in application (although I'm addicted to my Erborian one). Normally there's a lot of time taken getting foundation applied/corrected/powdered on videos, but not here it seems. Also thank you for the VB eyeliner dupe. I'm just not prepared to pay VB prices for an eyeliner no matter how much it's raved about, but the one you use looks soft and easy and much more affordable. I'm 56 this year and easy is my by-word! I just don't want to be faffing around anymore, all I want are affordable products that do what they say they're going to with minimum fuss and effort of application. So thank you for this, Caroline. I'm looking forward to your speedy GRWM 'slap and dash' make up look... it sounds right up my street! X
