Is Rotella safe for Yfz450s and other bikes? Is it worth it?

So decided to make a change in oil we use and wanted to share what we thought about rotella. we have been wanting to do this for awhile. so far we have done the klx110l and yfz450 and they both run great. I ran Rotella in my 2018 Suzuki King Quad 400 without any problems. In fact the engine felt the smoothest over any oils and I even ran it in the winter when it was down to like 18F. Granted I have the CVT but it does have a wet centrifugal clutch.
Rotella was used by so many Goldwing riders before it got "MA" specs that I suspect they got that Spec just to please the legions of Goldwing peeps that swear by the stuff in their wet clutch machines. If you go to any Goldwing or Suzuki V-Strom forum you will meets tons of bikers with 100000 mile machines that have seen nothing but Rotella.
Rotella uses heavy amounts of ZDDP and dispersants that favor a wet clutch and a transmission. Plus there are no fuel saving friction modifiers present that would make a wet clutch slip.
If you are past warranty and want bang for the buck Rotella is a proven motorcycle oil. I should say...MA spec oil. So many Honda and Suzuki ATV riders use it exclusively too.

Great comment! If it can be ran in high rpm motors like this wouldn't you think it would be completely safe in automobile motor where oil thickness isn't a issue. Was thinking about running in our Jeep Patches

I use Rotella t6 5w40 in the Honda generator, Rancher, Push mower. I use T6 15w40 in Zero turn,. Good stuff. The T4 I would for sure use if i was changing that often. Good rebates right now. 2.5 gallons t6 under $40.

I run t6 in everything from my diesel trucks to my quads and riding mower. Project farm tested 17 month old oil and it was still within spec.

Nice! I literally run the T4 in almost all our bikes. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed and it’s a good cost saver. Have any doubts check out our video of running vegetable oil in our vehicle and look how well that works 😂
