I just wanted to put a pearl of wisdom out there. None of these covers should be water proof. You don't want it to trap water from the air under your car cover preventing it from evaporating which will ruin your paint. The "water proofing" you are seeing is a hydrophobic spray coating that you can buy for cheap. If your cover isn't in bad condition you could spray the cover with new coating of a scotch guard or whatever brand you like hydrophobic coating spray.

Just found your video after finding this car cover on amazon. I'm getting it for a 2021 Mazda. You said in your video that the cover is smaller than it claims to be, and was wondering if that's still a problem after having it for a while, or does it stretch out over time? The car I have is 176 Inches, and the cover I am thinking of ordering says up to 177, and the next size higher says 177-192 Inches, and I want something that isn't too loose and baggy that would cause micro-scratches on the paint. Also, how's the cover's storage bag work out? Is it good, or should I just pickup a duffle bag when packing up the cover?
I would definitely go with the larger size. Mine hasn't streched at all. Still pretty tight. I haven't used the storage bag because cover is almost always on the car. However, the storage bag that came with mine would work just fine. Unlike other bags that have come with other covers I've bought over the years, this one is actually big enough to use. Hope this helps.
I bought a 2021 Mazda6, spec sheet says it is 192.7 in length. Sounds like I need the 194-208 Kayme model? I suppose I could try the smaller size and return it to amazon if neccessary. Thank you for your informative video!!

Good demonstration. How do you get the straps to keep tension? I have tried over/under and under/over and will still not hold.

How’s it holding up after a couple months? Would you recommend for New England weather?
It's holding up well. Still like New. I would recommend going with a cover that's thicker. I don't know how well mine would do against snow

It has rapidly deteriorated after the first year. I wouldn't recommend it.
