Kilgallen was a respected journalist and television personality in the mid-twentieth century, known for her sharp wit and tenacious approach to investigative reporting. Let’s look at her early days as a female reporter in a male-dominated industry to her groundbreaking work on the iconic television show "What's My Line?" Despite her many successes, however, Kilgallen's life was cut short under mysterious circumstances in 1965 during her relentless investigation into the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. Was it a tragic accident, foul play, or something more sinister?

    She was a remarkable lady. I remember her being a panelist on "What's My Line" and her death in '65. I am convinced that she was murdered.

    The AI voice for this story is terrible and distracting.

    I just finished reading Mark Shaw’s 3 books, The Reporter Who Knew Too Much, Denial of Justice, and Collateral Damage. Shaw puts forth and draws some interesting ideas regarding the deaths of Dorothy Kilgallen, JFK, and Marilyn Monroe.

      I believe she was murdered
      Since she got too close to the real truth of who killed Marilyn Monroe, JFK etc.

      I think most of this, not just sound was made by AI.

      @@djvids6921 the lack of breathing starts to sound very unnatural and disturbing. Back in the mid-70s, there was a national radio commercial for Clearasil that was 60 seconds long with just a voice - no background music, and NO breaths. It sounded very spooky.

      The quality of a narrator determines how many people watch a CZcams documentary until the end. A professional documentary made by Ken Burns never uses an Artificial Intelligence narrator. Hello?

    • @SRose-vp6ew
      @SRose-vp6ew Před 11 měsíci

      What you don’t understand about AI is there probably isn’t a script except for the one that the AI wrote, same with the pictures, music, and heartless agenda that didn’t get into the human concerns around her unusual death. The night before she tripped away about tomorrow’s plans and her kids on what’s my line, she did her nightly routine and supposedly this brilliant and happy woman took too many sleeping pills with a glass of alcohol while she was writing her book on the JFK assassination, that’s still not published(or is part of it finally publish post 2020?), but the chapter/notes she was working on went missing. Other influencers of the time died in the same way including those who said they were opposed to drinking and didn’t drink.

    • @timward3116
      @timward3116 Před 11 měsíci

      @@SRose-vp6ew Regardless of who/what wrote the script, the robot voice and mispronunciation are distracting and off-putting. Regarding the "influencers" of the time, there were no such thing (this overly broad term hadn't been invented yet); there were "journalists" "reporters," and "columnists," though, and there was an expected code of ethics that demanded truth - unlike now, when "influencers" can make up anything and find a mob that will cheer them. If there is one thing that appears to be lacking in our culturally sensitive, politically correct, educational system and "news," it's an emphasis on honesty and integrity.
      I am VERY familiar with Kilgallen's story, having grown up when that name was a household name and having watched many videos about her extremely suspicious death. I used to watch that show on the old black-and-white Motorola TV in our basement. Supposedly, her entire JFK assassination manuscript went missing and her husband, at the time, wouldn't answer questions about it. I don't think any of it has ever been published.
      I was not extremely familiar with JFK's presidency, but I remember that Friday he was killed and what I was doing on that weekend. It was raining where I was, and I was walking in my yellow raincoat across my school's parking lot when a fellow student, Alfred, informed me that the president had been shot. I thought he was joking, but upon returning to class, the radio reporting of the shooting was broadcast throughout the school through the same speakers used for announcements. However, I was even more familiar with his brother's assassination because, by then, I was old enough to be a fan - and THAT death is extremely suspicious, too - though there has been a general cover-up of the unanswered questions surrounding it.
      All of these deaths, though, are very suspicious and appear to have very broad cover-ups.

    • @SRose-vp6ew
      @SRose-vp6ew Před 11 měsíci +3

      It’s really not such a mystery. She was a brilliant, happy mother talking about tomorrow’s plans on television who’s book she wrote on the JFK assassination still isn’t in circulation. She supposedly took was killed by her sleeping pills and there was “evidence” of a glass of alcohol after doing her nightly routine, but no one can find parts of her book that she wrote on JFK. Other world changing influencers, including ministers who were vocally opposed to drinking and drugs supposedly died the exact same way at the same time after starting to speak up. There is no mystery.

    I’ve read Shaws book 3Times. I know she had many haters, but Im leaning towards Richard, her husband killing her. He had the motive, means, and opportunity. He knew Dorothy was changing her will, to give the money to her youngest son. At that point, he wasn’t going to let that happen.
