What is your experience with low progesterone?
I can never stop stressing and nothing helps 😅
I m not able to control my streess does anti depressets cause infertilty i want hav healthy baby in my 40s kindly help me how to achieve
If you've done all the things you've mentioned but still need to supplement with progesterone, are there any side effects of taking different types of progesterone either oils or pills? If so, what would the side effects be? Thank you
These are only some of the things we can do and there are many more, and supplementation of progesterone should be done so it doesn't accidentally cause an imbalance of other things (and maybe screw up the menstrual cycle entirely). When done correctly there shouldn't be any side effects but common ones can include dizziness/drowsiness, GI upset. Hope that helps!
@@FertilityMom Thank you, that helps. How can it screw up the menstrual cycle? Thank you
@@yellowbeachgirl It can push estrogen off balance and interfere with ovulation if done at the wrong dose, etc.
