Just some thoughts I had. You can check your power more easily by pressing P. You can turn off the side missions by clicking them in your objectives tab (go to the inventory or map and click the next/previous buttons to either side of the squares.) You do want to explore as well whenever you're waiting on stuff to build, those glowing redish hard drives are hidden everywhere, not just in the ruins. they have upgrades for almost everything. It's universally better to automate everything, while handcrafting as little as possible. The assemblers make twice as many items for the same number of ingredients, at roughly the same speed before upgrades, I think. The resource deposits, while numerous and VERY dense, are not unlimited. so don't get too married to where your drills are. You REALLY want to explore the RD ruins, trust me.

There is a crate behind the waterfall! You can get access to it by drilling into the wall on the left side of the waterfall! Then, turning 90 degrees towards the crate & drill straight to it!
N-m is Newton-meter (force times distance). It is a unit of torque or rotational moment. Equivalent to a bending moment that you would see on a cantilevered beam that has a downward force applied to the end opposite of the fixed end. In a rotating object like a shaft of a motor, the torque increases as you move from the centerline of the shaft to the outermost point of the diameter; therefore, force times distance where the distance is the radius of the shaft.
Watching this finally gave me the push to jump back in the game, only setup my copper and iron to be automated for power. Right before I was going to stop for the day 2 my assemblers making bio fuel randomly had no power and somehow deleting 1 power floor block fixed it.
You do realise you can run the bus belts side by side and to extract something from the middle of the bus, you just have to bump the belts of the needed items up one and back down and branch out from the upper point? You can even take it to the extreme and have a second layer of belts run two steps over the first layer and do the same when needing to extract an item, but instead you bump the belt down.
Really looking forward to the next episode! would love to see your planning materials too, sound neat but I can't picture what your saying with such few details.
One of the things I learned from current "endgame": you don't want to use long inserters for anything but fuel. Seriously, don't. Better figure out a way to bring everything close enough for other types of inserters. Stacked belts are really nice for a bus. If you remove bottom belt you can place multiple buses in parallel and get items from any.
Hey Kibitz, you might want to check out the Hungry Thrashers mod - it solves the problem of full outputs for one resource, as there is no resource sink yet.
This game looks like a mix between Satisfactory and Dyson Sphere Project, I see No point in buying a game programmed to be the same as games i already have.
You know you can move items from 22 Fabricators there next to each other you just need the machine torn to move the item into the fabricator other fabricator
So bio-bricks.... Without upgrades, looks like they are actually a downgrade from plantmass?? 25 plantmass + some limestone, plus the power to make them = 5 bio bricks with a fuel power of 40 each... Plantmass has a fuel power of 10 for one... So turning 5 plantmass into 1 bio-brick would yield 40 fuel power, minus the extra power and limestone it took to make it whereas you would have gotten 50 fuel power from just burning the plantmass minus the power and resource overhead.... It says bio-brick efficency is upgradeable, but I was super bummed when I did this math and found out that I invested cores I'm a downgrade. Unless I'm wrong?

Also as for Paladin, your not really vibing with him as you seem to have missed the entire plot for him entirely. If anything you should feel remorse for him. just a heads up, its possible to remove items from the task list by going to your tasks menu and deselecting tasks as priorities
