I'll try it on Saturday. I don't know if it might be me but the maize ball seems a bit smaller. I've seen other maize balls and they seem to be bigger than the one at tristar.

Firas, are keeping your hands loose in the gloves to prevent your punches from being too hard? To my novice eye it looks like you are punching fast.
Is this what Tyson used for his defensive head movement? I've seen video of him using something similar, but they may have called it a slip bag.
@@kainickname its speed depends on how far did you push the bag initially and how long the rope attaching to the celing is. The weight of the ball has no effect on speed but if its light it may jiggle around a bit
@@kainickname in his videos it looks like its attached slightly higher than his height. The shorter the rope aka the lower the celling the faster it swings

I prefer the maize ball for the rhythm but the double end bag is also good.
Hey coach quick question what kind of body would someone develop if they just did mma traing ie striking grappling traing not really a lot of weights and ate a healthy high protien diet would they build a natural musclular physique or just skinny ?

Serves as a good reminder to keep the head moving. Also serves as a target to practice timing
Firas, the pull (on his jab to your rear foot) at 5:45 is very dangerous for you. You are lining yourself up with his power cross whilst already being stuck on the back foot. However, excellent work with the guard, hand traps, guard manipulations and frames to set up your shots. Very similair to Petrosyan

@@Coach-MG Hey Jer actually I learned htis from Freddy Roach and it has worked for me extremely well. I suggest you try it and see if it fits your game.
@@CoachZahabi thank you Firas. I really enjoy the pull off the front foot (FF) to the back foot (BF) but mainly in same stance match ups. It's Excellent tool to return fire with the Rear hand (assuming the opponent commits with his jab). Your rear hand cross block was very subtle too. Reminiscent of the vampire guard from the Thais
