No one is talking about the obvious reason O'Reilly went to Nashville for that deal of all places. He's got his cup, he can say he tried toronto as brief as the stint was; I believe he went to Nashville for the music. He is a guy who is proficient with the guitar and loves that music scene, and we all know Nashville is famous for it. I understand it, but I do think people are reading way too much into the idea that he didn't stay because of keef.
Honestly the moment I found out Ryan signed with Nashville I immediately remember seeing him at a kelsi ballerini concert when he was a Sabre. He seems like a big country guy and Nashville is known for Carrie underwear , Taylor swift, Kelly clarkson and all of those big country names. That was heaven for him

It's pretty obvious why the Leafs haven't won in over 50 plus years and that is because of the constant and endless harassment by the media and the fans that the Leafs players have to live with on a daily basis. They go through even a minor slump which all NHL teams do because no NHL teams goes 82-0-0 the fans are demanding the coach and GM to get fired and to trade (insert name of player) to another team. That judgement is almost all bullshit. People in Toronto...are not much different than anyone in any other major city. We just have a lot of hockey fans....especially among the middle aged crowd who lived hockey 24/7 as kids. People tell me that they often can't even get their kids out of the house these days...because technology has them so hooked. We lived our life with people living in our own neighbourhood...playing games outdoors as kids. That has completely disappeared...in every significant city in this country.
