Emami East Bengal should be punished from AIFF because they have made a pre contract sign with Anwar Ali despite a contract is remaind with Mohun Bagan till 2027. Here Emami East Bengal has not discussed or got any eligible point from AIFF regrading contract issue. They disobeyed the fact and made an upper hand with disrespect the rules. Simple Question, Dhanraj Bhai
1. Why have Bajaj and Anwar agreed to a 4-year deal despite knowing everything?
2. Why will MBSG management support this blackmailing despite knowing they've not done anything wrong (like giving a proper salary, perks, or game time)?
3. Why will they give an NOC to a player in the name of a permanent deal, despite knowing the player is already signed, and Anwar has been saying several times they are ready for negotiation after signing with another club? Is MBSG management a fool?
4. You are claiming; there will be no compensation, only a transfer ban. As per the 12th man, the EB new contract has a promise to bear the compensation amount. Is EB a fool?
Please tell the truth to everyone-
There was no approach for re- negotiation from Anwar Ali's side, his former club just blackmailed MBSG management by highlighting a FIFA transfer rule, which is not implemented by AIFF.
If they have approached for re-negotiation or a permanent transfer in MBSG, surely MBSG management will do that (as they have done mutual termination with many of their players, except having a long term contract).
Any of these kind of blackmailing should not be couraged by AIFF and also by CZcamsrs like you, who want Indian football to grow.

NT will also suffer and if AIFF hires good coach (though AIFF mostly will hire a puppet coach) then good coach will never compromise NT result by selecting player without game time. Responsibility of NT's bad performance will be with Ranjit Bajaj and Anwar Ali if that happens. Players and Agents negotiate and mutually part ways but this is nothing but straight blackmail to entire Indian Football, not only to Mohun Bagan.
