This is a great community! I am a native Texan, but I lived in Downingtown for a couple of years and worked for FedEx. My route was the Exton Square Mall and Main Street at Exton. The people were so friendly and everything was just so nice and peaceful!! I would highly recommend this area as a great place to raise a family!! I miss the beauty of this area!!

IHOP,Whole Foods,Septa Whitford station,Main St Exton has GAP , old navy, wine and spirit premium outlet,Movie Tavern,Barnes&Nobel,Raymour &Flanigan outlet ,great valley park , East goshen park, boot road park,Bell tavern park,Buffalo wings,Round 1,Urban air,.... Exton is best place to live ... nice people and lot for kids

Where's The Witch House in Exton?

From a friend: The witch house is on the grounds of the Verizon complex on Gordon Drive. You can also park in the parking lot of the motel on route 100 and walk through the woods. Security patrols the house aggressively, especially at this time of year.
The inside has heavy graffiti, much of a witchy or satanist variety. It's called the witch house because it was supposed to have been inhabited by a witch in the 1700s. Legend has it that's she's buried standing up somewhere in the yard.
We've seen a lot of pics people have sent of the interior, and we've talked to people who have snuck in. Probably creepy. Not structurally safe.
