We all are. Except for when Ivan gets it. We need to hype him up like the mob in a Roman arena. Dude had it comin, it’s ok to be a little sadistic with that particular guy.
I LOVE how convoluted saw is. And I mean that genuinely. I’m a huge fan and I adore all of the twists and flash backs and extra info. Love seeing characters from previous movies in small ways, like the girl from saw 2. It was only for a second but it makes the world feel “real”, at least in its own universe. John Kramer is such a fun character. It’s amazing how much of a presence he has in this movie even though it’s through flash backs. I think my favorite transition in this movie is when Riggs throws the girl through the glass and she smashes into the hall of the station. Over all though, I find this movie (out of all of them) is best experienced on its first watch? I rarely rewatch this one when I feel like checking back into the series. I see it more like a bridge? Like you guys said, it’s not really progressing the plot, but it’s giving the story more support structures to build on? Saw 2 is my favorite saw movie.
I really love how they utilized characters that have been here from the beginning. You're so right. It makes the universe feel connected. Also allowing the crew to have a say in the story is pretty awesome.
@@Charlie-xu4fw I think it's more just how things are revealed that can make it seem convoluted.. 4-5 mostly. Once the plot stats moving forward again, things become more clear.
No one will say this: But Lyric Bent, the black guy, is one of the hottest characters across the Saw series. Every time he was on screen, I was drooling.
I personally loved the transitions in this movie 🤣 also, you guys missed the after credit scene of Amanda! It's not much, but it showed a bit of Amanda's humanity.
As a huge Saw fan, I have to say you two are one of my FAVORITE reactors to the films ever! 😃 I love how both emotional and analytical you are throughout each film! It made my day watching each of your videos 🙂 I am also so impressed how you were able to piece together and comprehend Saw IV immediately by the end as so many viewers are often confused about the timeline lol. My favorite film in the entire series is Saw 6! Saw 1-6 I consider to be such a golden series. The last ones after are okay, haha, but I’m glad you guys had chosen Saw 🙂
14:33 Yeah, that transition got me good. I took me a second to realize that's what that was and was like..."Why did they do THAT??" XD And if you're confused and have questions now...wait till we answer them in the next movie...and make MORE questions that will be answered in the movie or two after THAT one =)
I ate supper one time while watching this movie, I forgot about the autopsy scene until I was halfway through but I decided to man up and finish the food, for jigsaw.
Here's the thing about the Saw movies. There is always multiple stories going on at the same time. There is John Kramers story because as you heard from the tape he swallowed. He clearly planned ahead for after his death. Then the story of the people in his games an every one has their own story being. Told a little at a time all at once in these movies. The blood and gore from the traps is their only when necessary but its not the. Driving story device that keeps the movies going. That movie driving story device is all the individual story's being told in the movies. Now just as you just seen just because John Kramer is dead. It doesn't mean the movie doesn't take place when he is alive. Because the events of the movie could of happened at any time they could easily of took place in the past. When he an Amanda where alive or the events could of happened after his death. Because if you that being the writer know enough you could easily set the movie. To show another side of the events that whore happening at the same time as other events. From another persons point of view like how the events of this movie where taking place the same time as the events of the 3rd movie. But you are now seeing those events because you are now seeing it from their point of view. Non spoiler but for example Saw X could easily be about the events from any Saw movie that John Kramer was alive in. If its done like this movie where it shows the events from someone else's point of view. Because John Kramer is still officially died but it would be showing the events from another movies time line in the past when he was alive. Basically it would be a new movie but it would be showing events from the past that we didn't see. Because its from a different person or peoples point of view. That where happening in the background of a previous movie. Basically put another way Saw 3 was focused on those events. Saw 4 was focused on other events that where happening at the same time as the events of Saw 3. So basically Saw 3 an 4 where happening at the exact same time. So Saw X could easily show other events that were happening at the same time as for example Saw. Just because you see one set of events happening in one movie. It doesn't mean other things were not going on in the background. Those background events could easily be another Saw movie.
It’s interesting. This was supposed to be a trilogy, and left it open to add on or for interpretation. Saw 5 is the one I first saw in cinema, so none of this story I knew and had to learn later.
I looked up year of the pig attributes... A pig represents luck, overall good fortune, wealth, honesty, general prosperity, symbolizing a hard working, a peace-loving person, a truthful, generous, indulgent, patient, reliable, trusting, sincere, giving, sociable person with a large sense of humour and understanding. John, Daddy Jigsaw, being so carefully calculating wanted to bring a kid another world with these attributes. He just wanted to bring a good person into the world.... 😢
having corrective surgery done to fix what would later be called an astigmatism during the 90s was literally what that guy is facing. I'd spend weeks waking up in bed to eyes bled shut in my sleep and having my mom or dad help me force them up. and then again when id take too long to blink and it caked up. 6 weeks man. 10/10 would never do again
This one was always the weakest for me, but still enjoyable & I didn't guess the twist at the time. It feels a bit like filler just because it doesn't move forward yet.
Been a big big fan of the Saw franchise since I was a kid. I love to watch your reactions cause makes me remember how it was when I first saw each one and how I used to wait for each to drop. So I'm happy you guys are doing this for Saw X and I can't wait to watch them and your reactions as well! My ranking up to now is first III, II, I and at the very last IV.
(i've accepted im gonna spam these comments and i do apologise) the trap that ended the hotel hell sicko is a basically modernised version of being "drawn and quartered". it's a medieval era punishment where the four limbs were tied to horses.
Yes John's voice is sexy 😁 Loved this reaction. I love this movie for all the backstory we get on John . The next one will show you more about Detective Hoffman and why he is helping Jigsaw the traps are also very interesting. I'm excited for your reaction
I love you guys! I just found the channel not too long ago, I’m working my way through the saw movies and I’ve caught up on scream queens. You guys gotta do American Horror Story
Statistics say that only roughly 12% if not less, as it was during westward expansion, of scalping victims survived. The trauma alone of what she suffered should have sent her into shock. The original form was done with a knife, not very sharp, strangely enough. It was meant to sever the skin on three sides then the scalp was torn away like skinning wild game. Except in this case, the target was alive, the person doing it was so full of rage that they’d gone blood drunk, and it’s meant to not only disfigure, but at least for the people in my tribe, we cut our hair out of shame or in mourning. Being scalped was ultimate dishonor. Not for you, but for the tribe and your family. Whoever built that trap knows their history. Still can’t wait for you to meet Ivan. Good show my friends. Good show!😊 The wig snatch thing made me and my girl pause the video for about five minutes so we could stop laughing uncontrollably.😂❤
This is really where the Saw movies can start becoming kinda hard to follow. No complaints here tho, I live for the soap opera level drama of it all lol
I grow out really long hair, down to the top of my butt, because I donate to locks of love. First time watching this, that hair winding scene made me nauseous and had me squirming BIG TIME…especially considering I once got some of my hair wound up and sucked up in a hand held dirt devil mini vac while under the dining room table sucking up some crumbs after dinner. AND IT FELT JUST LIKE YOU THINK IT WOULD- IT FCKNG HURT BEYOND HURT. And I had a dirt devil as a hair accessory, kind of just hanging out lol. Luckily my hair is thick and it kind of stopped the motor and I snatched the cord from the wall before it could rip it out by the root ala Saw 4 style 😂 It took my partner like half an hour to painstakingly unwind my hair from that stupid dirt devil, and I never again used anything like it with putting my hair up in a granny bun first😂🤣 But to this day, that hair winding scene is almost unwatchable to me and I personally relate to just how bad that would possibly hurt.
Why the lawyer had the scars was cuz he was the guy who had his mouth sewn shut in the opening scene so he couldn't talk and the other guy couldn't see so they couldn't communicate because one not being able to talk would have to do it visually in the other one couldn't see. So it would have to do it orally
I agree that they are amazing. I'd love to show this channel to my friends, but some of them don't like horror and are also homophobic, so...not sure if I should introduce them to the channel or not for those two reasons (Side note: Although some of my friends are homophobic, I am not, and plus I also like horror a little bit)
Like I always say, most of the "victims" are the actual villains in these films, and Jigsaw is somewhere between vigilante and antihero. There's only a few participants that are actual victims that don't deserve it. Like Det. I have to say that so far I love every single movie here and I think that Saw IV is exceptionally well done, a bit fast-paced yeah, but super clever Ranking: Saw Saw III Saw IV Saw II
Not ‘Jigsaw is packin’ being the first line of the video 💀
I wouldn't expect anything less from these hunties
Even in death, John will always know how to read. The shade he throws is immaculate and the backup plans to his backup plans never end
😂 backups to the backups to the backups!
Yeah what you just Said he planned it when he was alive not dead
He definitely is a librarian purrr
GAME THEORY!!!!
Sorry, I had too. CZ’s World did an awesome Horror History on John’s life. Great material.
@ricktheredbrick ok sarcasm boy read the comment that i respond it for you will know why i said that
The way the new writers reinvented the story is truly to be applauded. The script is probably one of the smartest in the entire franchise.
The script is good, the editing not so much
the editing its so goofy lmao@@jordanlassiter5311
I'm here as emotional support for Cody.
😂😂😂 same!
We all are. Except for when Ivan gets it. We need to hype him up like the mob in a Roman arena. Dude had it comin, it’s ok to be a little sadistic with that particular guy.
Saw is my favorite soap opera.
PLS 😭😂

It's such a convoluted violent soap opera and I love it 😂
Its really not all that convoluted tbh
@@Charlie-xu4fw I think it's more just how things are revealed that can make it seem convoluted.. 4-5 mostly. Once the plot stats moving forward again, things become more clear.
I disagree with it being best on first watch, 4 has grown on me a lot through rewatching
No one will say this: But Lyric Bent, the black guy, is one of the hottest characters across the Saw series. Every time he was on screen, I was drooling.
Cody's face through this series so far just gives me life 😅❤
I personally loved the transitions in this movie 🤣 also, you guys missed the after credit scene of Amanda! It's not much, but it showed a bit of Amanda's humanity.

Love you guys! 😊❤
"Jigsaw is packing!" Never change Sergio❤😂😅

1:08 "you can't even do the 'cop turned evil' thing" 👁👄👁
The directors; OH Y'ALL WANTED A TWIST
How can you make me burst out laughing watching a saw reaction!?!?! 😅😂20:04
katya throwing the wig took me out 😭🤚
Watching this back knowing all of the twists. I never realized how in your face it was.
I ate supper one time while watching this movie, I forgot about the autopsy scene until I was halfway through but I decided to man up and finish the food, for jigsaw.
Its what he would've wanted
with the scalping machine, she knew where to get a knife to stab him, she could have told him where that knife was to free her

It makes you wonder if Jigsaw didn't die in the third film, then what happens to the wax filled tape?
He would have popped it out and saved it for next time
Saw was my childhood and got me into horror/thrillers ♥️😍 I love watching new people’s reactions to these movies I have seen a billion times 😂❤
It’s interesting. This was supposed to be a trilogy, and left it open to add on or for interpretation. Saw 5 is the one I first saw in cinema, so none of this story I knew and had to learn later.
Cody you're doing amazing sweetie ❤ and I am *cracking up* at the end music ITS SAW!!! SAW 4!!! 🤘 🤣
As a fellow Cody I feel the pain lol

I always look forward to your reactions!
as someone who participated at an autopsy,I can tell you that this is the most realistic one I've seen in a movie so far
You 2 are so funny 😂😂😂
To me it s like watching a movie with 2 friends and i m never alone! Thank you for that! ❤
I have a problem where all these men look the same so I am lost😂
Cody reminds me of one the tenants of the Arconia from Only Murders In Building - in every single way: voice, appearance, mannerisms, etc.
Yes!! I know who you’re talking about! I can picture him in my head. 😄
A Saw IV review? AND it’s on Costas Mandylor’s (Detective Hoffman) birthday???
OK I see you 👀❤️❤️
Trying to get through this franchise with Hoffman was rough. The gore is still pretty good tho.
Hoffman was always my favorite jigsaw apprentice personally
Hoffman is the man! Lmao that dude will f you up and run away 🤣
This one was always the weakest for me, but still enjoyable & I didn't guess the twist at the time. It feels a bit like filler just because it doesn't move forward yet.
hoffman is imo the best saw character, i think he's a better villain than john.
i really hated him when i first watched the series, but years later i can really appreciate his character. he's one of my faves now!!

Obsessed with your channel. Thanks for the laughs ❤️
I love y’all’s reactions! I’m not super into horror so the only way I can watch is through y’all! ❤
I love you guys! I just found the channel not too long ago, I’m working my way through the saw movies and I’ve caught up on scream queens. You guys gotta do American Horror Story
33:07 best part😂
I just love your reactions to movies! Especially the SAW franchise! & I love that shirt Sergio! 🎃
The tape that was in the stomach is detective Hoffman's.

"we need to be more careful" yeah that's sort of what keeps getting him in trouble. from the beggining he needs to not rush through doors.
Ah yeaaah i was waiting for this 😆
When I tell you I laughed for 5 minutes straight when Katya came on the screen and said snatched I died 😆

sergio is so me i love john's voice loll
I laughed when they were like "please not the dog" like they we're gunna put the dog in a trap because it barked at cars or something.
i legit wanna be friends with you guys SO BAD
Amazing that this film received I.V. from X Japan. What a song.
Delighted the franchise got such a gift.
Watching you rock out to X Japan's song in the credits lit my cold dead heart lol love your reactions!

I love all saw movies also can't wait to see Saw X love horror movies October almost here 💝
Saw the Transition. Tbh this movie has the most crazy transitions
I can't wait for 6 7 8
Why the lawyer had the scars was cuz he was the guy who had his mouth sewn shut in the opening scene so he couldn't talk and the other guy couldn't see so they couldn't communicate because one not being able to talk would have to do it visually in the other one couldn't see. So it would have to do it orally
Guys the lawyer was the guy who had his lips sewn in the beginning!!
20:56 LMAOO 😂😂
27:43-27:45 For now until the new saw comes out.
The Saw series is basically the Kingdom Hearts of horror movies with how convoluted the storyline and plot is lol
can't wait til Saw X!
25:59
That was glass powder just now
Ah yes. Another video to view while eating dinner
Cecile, murders John's unborn child: Look maannn, im sorry!
i'm so sorry you guys, you guys left me no choice, i'm gonna have to subscribe, you're amazing and so entertaining, AND you're gays, so that's a plus.
I agree that they are amazing. I'd love to show this channel to my friends, but some of them don't like horror and are also homophobic, so...not sure if I should introduce them to the channel or not for those two reasons
(Side note: Although some of my friends are homophobic, I am not, and plus I also like horror a little bit)
Like I always say, most of the "victims" are the actual villains in these films, and Jigsaw is somewhere between vigilante and antihero.

Like Det. Matthews before them - who got EXACTLY what he deserved for being a crooked cop who plants evidence, and used police brutality - this doctor and her team of frauds getting their comeuppance. It is justified.
Name one person that was a victim in John's twisted philosophy.
I loled at let me ask the audience
this is my favorite because of Riggs and anyone know if this is how a real autopsy is performed?
Amazing reaction! Cant wait for the next Movie
Hoffmans "game over" just lacked something imo.
Saw 2, Saw 3, Saw, Saw 4 that's my ranking for the ones you've covered so far.
The Trixie and Katya insert scalped me for real
As a straight guy, I enjoy y’all’s content, but that’s it. Yall are pretty good creators though. Keep it up.
I recommend watching How to get away with murder!
do y’all plan on watching saw x when it comes out?
Please watch Contracted. It is a horror movie with lgbt people in it. If you don't watch it then it will never stop.
That would be a really fun reaction! I bet they would love the maggot scene!
I have to say that so far I love every single movie here and I think that Saw IV is exceptionally well done, a bit fast-paced yeah, but super clever
Ranking:
Saw
Saw III
Saw IV
Saw II
1,2,3,4 thus far. Definitely changes with the future movies.
Oh i totally agree! Johns voice is sexy as!
when is your reaction to Saw V coming?! I am LIVING for your videos!!
This weekend!
Ok but metal Sergio is a vibe
Hoffman! Hey baby
Yo i love these dudes and im only 5 min in lol.
In my opinion the best one yet!
