    Thank you bro, I'm trying to get over my front like you but every time I do I feel I'm going to hyperextend my knee.

      Hey i will give you my two cents. I do coach so i know a little about what im talking about. First off. In this perticular video he does not do the ful range. I basically tell my young pitchers its like a sesaw motion. As the front of your body is coming forward your arm should follow over top. Yes its import to get the front leg plated but it all works in tandem. Dont worry about hyperextending your leg. Everyone has a different delivery and body motion when they pitch. if you want to get over top then start with a T formation. its goes like this. Start in the stretch. bring your knee up and as you bring your knee up bring you arms into a T. Then come forward planting your your forward leg, then rotate your trunk finally follow through. I wish i could show you how but i cant. However this drill should help you get a basic pitching motion and be able to follow through over top without standing up or opening your shoulder up. Hope this helps.
