I have a problem I was hoping you can help me with and that is, the sound is much louder from the back of the AirPod or the vent and the main speaker is pretty low

Yo this worked for me i just deep clean it and i worked make sure you clean the w a thoothpick and a napkin and get in there and take the wax out

I just fixed mine, there is no video for it for some reason but look clean the edges of the airpod and take out any wax or gung on the outside of the mesh after u want to blow into the front speaker at first it may feel hard to blow into but keep doing it and it will feel easier (pause) once you feel you are blowing easily through the front mesh it should be good
I poked a mini hole by accident now both sides work loudly
Toggling the Bluetooth settings helped rectify. Thank you.

Thanks you, I recovered some sound from the left one, first with the rubbing alcohol, and then blewing, in the right one, i feel the air, but in the problematic one, I don't feel it, I asume there is a more wax in it. What do I do?

Mine at first not working on the right then after a day two pf them already aren’t working. I never had a low sound issue before. Please help I’ve already watched a lot of vids 😩

I used to do the trick where when they are clogged you would suck air through them and remove the wax that cam out. Now I get no sound out of the left one. I have tried numerous times to fix it but nothing worked. They randomly worked again for one day then went back to no sound. Not sure what to do.

I tried it all but it doesnt work it did inprove a little but still not the same and a little bit more sound from left and when i blow and suck it switches to the right and then back to the left

hi - tried all you cleaning etc techniques - still only get sound out of one air pod - when I forget and repair - I see the left hand airpod has the lightning bolt to show it is charging the right hand one not - however if I let them both go flat the picture on pairing shows that they charge up at the same rate. I tried to hard reset but no matter how long I hold the button down (airpods 2nd gen) the light never goes orange and they never reset - any ideas? Or is it time to bin them?
Make sure that the charging contact in the case is clean, as well as the contact on the AirPod. If possible, try charging them in a different case to see if the issue is your AirPod and not the case. It's possible the battery could be going bad in that AirPod, depending on how old they are. Has that AirPod been exposed to water at any point?
@@HandyHudsonite I cleaned all the contacts twice with alcohol. The airpod charges so contact is made. They pair fine. They are old so maybe time to retire them.
I have cleaned them, tried to reset and I don’t get the amber light. The left one has refused completely to work.when I open the lid I have to press the back button for the pop up to appear. When It appears and I hit connect it shows the case and both EarPods and the battery percentage of both then the charging icon on the left one disappears. I can’t imagine living without the left EarPod
I pushed my AirPod speaker (the big one in the middle on the front) in and Idk how to fix it like half of it still in place while the other half is going into the AirPod it self anyone got a solution?
my airpod flashes amber when the right one is in the case but is fine once I pull it out. It doesn't show that it charges and wont connect to my phone or play music and I have no idea what to do. The case also wont reset like everyone has tried to say. It just keeps flashing white and wont go into the reset mode ☹
these didnt work for me, my right audio is low and distorted, yesterday I was walking and it fell off my ear but everything sounded 50%-50% like normal but today when I joined my zoom call my right AirPods sounded low and distorted do you think they are broken?
Dan, so you tried everything in the video? I know my AirPods have sounded low on many occasions and it was because there was earwax still clogging up the speakers. I had to do rigorous cleaning on them using rubbing alcohol and then I blew hard through the front speakers to clear out any remaining ear wax. Sometimes it takes several cleaning cycles to get them completely wax free. The distortion could be a connectivity issue - did you try connecting them to another device to see if they have the same problem? Another thing with Zoom and AirPods, there can be two different audio profiles to choose from. One profile is if you plan on using your AirPods mic, then they will have a more "old school phone sound." If you choose the AirPods stereo option and have another mic you can use they will sound more clear and crisp.

The audio on my left air pod is coming from the back part or vent, but on my right AirPod it comes from the side speaker. No sound comes from the main speaker

@@juandelatorre5705 I fixed mine by using a cotton swab and rubbing alcohol, be careful if u use rubbing alcohol though.

Matt, sorry to hear it didn't help you out. It really sounds like your left AirPod isn't completely cleared out. You'll need to make sure to clean it thoroughly using some rubbing alcohol - also, one thing I didn't mention in this video that I mention in this one (czcams.com/video/4-gREOMZ-D8/video.html) - you need to blow hard/suck on the front speaker to dislodge the earwax. Sometimes I've had to work at the speaker on my AirPod for several cleaning cycles to get the full volume back. Let me know if this helps you out. Thanks for watching!
I have a problem. I tried all of these things but nothing worked. My right airpod is only having sounds come out of the outside vent and not in and main vent. What can i do? I don’t have money to buy new airpods

i blowed in my airpods and it made it only come out of the air vent in the back but only on the left one
Honestly i ruined my right airpod and im not sure how to fix it.
I was cleaning it using toothpicks and i pressed down on the front speaker by accident like 2-3 times and now the front speaker dont work ...
