My method:
1.water + qtip
2. Soft clean
3. Suck on front speaker
4. blow on back/top speaker (repeat for a good amount of time until noticeable change in sound)
5. It isn’t perfect but they are actually useable now.

I was legit gonna go get mine replaced cuz it was still in the warranty period but damn! The rubbing alcohol (I was in a train when I did it so I used hand sanitiser on a tissue) but it worked wonders man. Thanks for the tip!
