-3mm dark hardwood ca. 210x280mm
-18mm dark hardwood ca. 140x140mm
(thickness = 6 layer plywood)
-2mm metal 14x16mm and 14x11mm (aluminium, brass,...)
-4mm metal 26x8 (aluminium, brass,...)
-ø2mm nail (steel)
-ø20mm hardwood dowel 186mm
-ø4mm hardwood dowel ca. 150mm
-1x screw 3x25mm
-3x screw 3x20mm
-2x screw 2,5x12mm

Hi, I made my 44 Magnum following your tutorial. It doesn't work as well as yours, but it shoots rubber bands. My son is very happy with it. Thank you four your videos.

I really like this kind of woodworking stuff. Just wondering why you went into the trouble of cutting what seems like identical shapes individually and did not stick the sheets of plywood together and then make the cut? for example piece #8.
Constantine Krystallis when sawing plywood, only the top side looks good (edges). Part #8 and #10 are mirrored. So if you stick these parts together, one part will have ugly edges on the good side. difficult to explain that in a foreign language :/

I am alnost done with this one. I used walnut for the grip and the barrer. I just have to make te three metal parts. This design went together very well and is very impressive when complete. Thanks again
Is it possible to make this out of foam core and then cast it in aluminium

What is the name of the machine that it uses for the cuts?
I have made most of your designs my only change was to cut the parts that are the same I cut out in multiples which cut down my building time considerably, many thanks to you for allowing us to use the templates , do you intend to release any new designs , respect. From lone wolf45

Hey I was wondering that would a electric hot wire which can cut through balsa be a simpler way to make these projects since tools and saws can be a bit pricey.

Klasse Arbeit. Könnte man die Metallteile auch aus Kunststoff fertigen ? Und wo bekommst du diese dunklen Hölzer für die Griffe her ? Ich finde so etwas nirgends.
Du kannst es mit Kunststoff versuchen. Ich würde aber Metall empfehlen. Und frag einen Tischler, der hat bestimmt Holz für dich.
