I'm making two of these for two young grandsons. The adaptation from metric to inches is somewhat tricky, but with time and sandpaper, they're coming together. I want to thank you for this ingenious and do-able little wonder of a rifle. Lots of little boys (and their Granddads) are going to have the time of their lives with this terrific toy. Thanks for your thoughtful sharing.

I made a 1:2 scale version out of aluminium with a milling machine, lathe and good ol' elbow grease. Every now and again the whole thing gets jammed but that's what WD40 is for. I thank you for making the plans for the project free.

Hey that’s awesome you made one and it does work. I don’t know if I missed it or what and I did get up a couple times but If you don’t mind, where did you get free blueprints for these? Have you tried any other of the guns?

I like the sanding montages, I'm currently on step 7 of this tutorial and it certainly is a LOT of sanding! Having lots of fun though!

Piece of art, master piece. 1 of my favorite rifle of all times
love the gun and very well designed to be abel to be printed on a normal printer. I have a background in scroll saw work, and i would recomend stack cutting most of the dublicated parts, the easyest method i found is cutting out a few blocks of wood 3-4 depending on your saw and use a lower tooth count blade the more u do, and sticky taping them together then drilling a hole wide enough for the scroll saw blade and cutting them that way It will less than halve your build time.

Handelsübliche. Z.B. von Amazon. ø100mm 1,2x1,2mm und ø40 1,2x1,2mm. Die in der Waffe verbauten halten ein paar Monate. Die Munition nicht so lange. Je nachdem wie oft man sie benutzt und wie man sie lagert (am Besten kühl und dunkel)
Sorry, not possible. But you can put 6-9 rubber bands on the star wheel. Not enough?

Thank you for your generosity! For my build, is increasing the magazine capacity by modifying the "magazine wheel" (by 3D printing 2x wheels, with the second wheel rotated 90degrees) feasible?

I am trying to find the correct rubber bands to use for this project. I can not find the 40 mm or 1-1/2" rubber bands online. Also what is the thickness of the rubber bands? 1/16", 1/8", or 1/4". Thanks
