Door Letterbox fixing with plastic Hinges

Fixing the broken door letterbox with the new plastic hinges.
To buy new handle hinges from the e-commerce site like AMAZON and other DIY sites.

It’s a plastic Hinges , will come along with spare parts ordered in Amazon. Try search for letter box hinges.

I feel like it shouldn’t be that flappy. I have done mine & at first I did it with the flap fully up & open & it got stuck upright. I managed to get the hinges out & reinserted them with the flap closed & now it’s flapping in the wind. I cannot remove them now either 😭

Hi,
Hinges will have the cut (octagon) fix . So make sure that close the aluminium plate and then insert the plastic Hinges with position, it work and it won’t flapping in wind .
When I was trying it happened like that it didn’t close properly. Then I’ve closed the plate and inserted it work try that way.
