Chicken Marinade
500g Chicken fillet (Thigh or breast)
1 tbsp Soju (cooking wine)
1/2 tbsp salt
pepper (to taste)
1/2 tbsp minced ginger
For the batter
(dry)
1/2 cup cornstarch
(wet)
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 cup water
salt to taste
cooking oil
Sauce
3 tbsp cooking oil
garlic (more the better!)
3 pcs green chili
3 tbsp sugar
5 tbsp water
2 tbsp gochujang (korean chili paste)
1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean chili powder)
2 tbsp ketchup
5 tbsp corn syrup
crushed peanuts
