Yamaha XS650. Deep carbs.

A long and detailed one here as I strip out the carbs. Having not worked on a carb this old there are a couple of new elements but I think that I have it broadly worked out.

Was nice to see a full going through of carbs, a lot of people whiz over everything and for those who are just learning it can get confusing. I remember the early days of CZcams when it was difficult to learn it all because people would go through it like everyone watching was an expert. I also share a hatred of ratcheting drivers, much prefer a normal one with changeable tips or t handles

Have you ever had the problem where the cylinders in the carb hooked to diaphragm wouldnt come out? If so what does a guy do?

I haven't mate but, if the rubber is tarnished enough to have sealed on, it may be time to replace them anyway.
