I'm trying to update the firmware via USB. The unit recognises the .hex files for the lasers but does not recognise the .pac file for the display, and the Firmware Update button is grayed out. The unit does recognise the USB stick for creating reports so I'm fairly certain the USB stick (I've tried 3 types) is ok.
