Possibly just put a squirt of wd40 on it, then maybe put something on the glass to protect it and use something to gently lever it up around the edges. If I remember rightly, the lug is sits on is slightly tapered with small grooves so it is pretty tight on there

Hi mate any more tips on removing the wiper as been wiggling a jiggling for a while after removing the 13mm nut, doesn't want to budge. Cheers

I had same issue. But wasn't able to remove it. So, used a two-arm wiper arm removal tool from amazon.
