Christine's passing is always going to be beyond tragic. Stevie and Christine complimented each other perfectly. Stevie the mystic ethereal good witch.. the darkness.. the visionary. Christine the romantic, the angelic voice, the iconic songwriter who doesn't get nearly enough credit. She made FM.
Amazing. I lived in Phoenix, in the 80's... Her father owned an Arena there... She would come and play... Good times. Here, in this video, Stevie is mere days from 76. She has lived her life, the way she chose, and she is still living... Kudos from Washington State...
Maybe she should tell us the story of how she had Lindsey kicked out of Fleetwood Mac and ruined their amazing Legacy with 2 mediocre players who STILL couldn't fill Lindsey's shoes. It's funny, she lies about that all the time now.
@@1970borntorun I hated that Lindsey was no longer in the band (just like I hated that he abandoned them in 1987 just as they were to set out for the Tango tour, when all I wanted was to see all 5 band members together) but it’s about time to let the whole drama go. Chris is gone, and Stevie and Lindsey always had an intensely complicated roller coaster dynamic that no one else will ever really understand. The band’s legacy is not ruined. The Rumours lineup will always be legendary.
YES!!!! A one-woman spoken word show, like Spaulding Gray used to do, or like Carrie Fisher's "Wishful Drinking." She's a great storyteller with many stories to tell.
@@AnAmericanGuitarist The opening act was a woman named Jessie Baylin, and the show started at 7:00, but she didn’t come on stage until about 8:30, and the show ended around 10:30-ish.
Absolute perfection from a perfect and beautiful woman! Stevie Nicks, thank you for all you gave to your fans who love and admire everything you have done for us! And thank God for blessing you with a voice of an Angel!
Thanks. I loved hearing the story especially Stevie & Lindsay's 1st impression as the other band drove up to the restaurant. I hadn't heard that before.
Just like the 70s were for us women. We could do it all and were finally coming into the power of our feminine mystic! I love her storytelling and humor. About the time. What a life lived...so interesting to hear how the band first met and formed. I am four years younger than Stevie , and although I was not a committed fan of Fleetwood Mac back then , I have always liked the music they produced..and always marvelled at both Stevie,s and Christine's vocal capabilities. Also really great to hear Stevie,s voice is still just as great as it ever was !! Lovely to see she, s still performing...thank you for the music!!!
Thanks. I'm taking some time off from making videos, listening to Stevie's music and relaxing. Taking blood pressure readings every few hours as ordered. I think the BP is better with Stevie's music playing. Thanks for the story, Stevie! Loved it. Happy Birthday (early).

I first went to a Fleetwood Mac concert at Detweiller Park in Peoria Il. Stevie had this pants suit that looked painted on. I was amazed at Lindsey's finger picking though. It was the start of their success, but I had listened to Peter Greene, and I didn't want to like Lindsey, but I couldn't help it. Of course I had to tell my girlfriend that I wasn't really attracted to Stevie. Yeah right. Hello from the past M'Lady, I wish you joy and happiness.

I am a big fan of Stevie. She's written some of the most timeless songs. But 8 minutes of talk to introduce a song! That would drive me nuts! I've seen another video from this tour where there was 4/5 minutes chatter before a song. It would drive me crazy!
