In the RC world we have so much to choose from, but some RC stuff in my opinion is just WAY OVER PRICED and somehow getting more expensive🤔
There are some great cheap alternatives and in some cases some almost direct copies of brand name products.
Most people like myself find it hard to comprehend why and simply can not afford them.
I know a lot of people are not really fans of clones or rip-off products but when such a difference in price is a factor personally I will almost always go the cheaper option.

Sadly it seems this product (this listing) has gone up $100aud since I purchased mine, now it is $450aud.
Still a great price for this car.

I think the car will hold up but I can see the Remo shafts going pop on the new set-up just as my Remo Rally Master shafts did😵
I'll just replace anything that breaks with traxxas parts😆

Great vid bud and a good side by side comparison. I had one of these and ended up spending way too much on Traxxas upgrades for it. Just a heads up running 3s and 4s the first things to go will be the plastic drive shafts, a fun truck either way👍

Yeah that was my plan anyway, I got Ultra HD shafts to go on as soon as the stock ones break and I got a heap of upgrades already from my Rustler that are a direct fit👌

Yeah I got some better wheels and I may get the alloy motor mount but same, pretty much just cosmetic mods, pimp my Remo😆
Good video. Nice bash session. At first with that one jump early on I thought maybe it might need different shock oil in the back, but after that it seemed okay. Cool truck overall it looks like.
No you are absolutely spot on as always Tim.
The shocks were definitely a little bouncy/soft and I think both front and rear could go a bit thicker oil, ill try 60w all round I think👌

Yes they are a super nice and tough RCs.
I've not had any issues with the wheels other than being slightly out of balance, I actually have a few sets of them on a few cars.

Yes Slash wheels will work as this is a rebranded Slash so pretty much exactly the same size and parts

Yes they are basically identical cars, the driveshafts are no where near as strong as the Traxxas Ultra HD shafts but they are a direct swap so that's awesome.
And yes you'll have to turn that TSM off so you actually get better at driving🤭

Wait until you see what I just received for 150 dollars. I got 2 boxes full of Team associated Rc10GT trucks and gear. Lots of stuff. I lucked right out.
Next RC I’m getting is a 8s 30 degree north buggy with max 5 esc and I believe a 800kv motor.

Great video as always‼️👍👍🦾🦾 I'm a noob in the rc world, looking for the best, longest-lasting batteries I can get.. here in the USA, the 2 best brands of AA & aaa batteries are Energizer, and Duracell, my question is, in the rc world, are there 2 or 3 " best " batteries? And if so, what are their names? Thanks!

It may not be a shock to hear that Energizer and Duracell are pretty much the leading brands here also.
I personally use a brand called Varta and they are the only ones I've come across that are equivalent to or possibly even better than those 2 main brands but at almost half the price.
I'm not sure about RC brand AA or aaa, could be some good ones out there🤔
@RC crazy what about for the cars ? I need a good battery for my 3s Senton & Granite.
Well I cant really recommend much as I've not really used too many cheaper brand lipo.
Here in Australia I think Ovonic, HRB, and Zeee lipos are kinda the best budget brands, probably many more out there but that's a good start.
I love Ovonic and CNHL but CNHL can be a little more expensive, I mainly use them for speed cars.
