    How To Make Chicken Curry:
    Ingredients:
    2 large onions
    2 large tomatoes
    1-inch ginger
    5 cloves of garlic
    2 cups water
    1/2 cup oil
    1 kg boneless chicken (curry cut)
    1 tbsp salt
    1 tbsp red chili powder
    1 tsp turmeric powder
    1 cup yogurt
    1 tbsp coriander powder
    1 tsp cumin powder
    1 tsp garam masala powder
    1 tsp dried kasoori methi (fenugreek leaves)
    1/2 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
    3-5 chopped green chilies
    Instructions:
    Preparing the Onion-Tomato Paste:
    In a cooking pan, combine 2 large onions (sliced), 2 large tomatoes (quartered), 1-inch ginger (sliced), and 5 cloves of garlic.
    Add 2 cups of water to the pan and bring the mixture to a boil.
    Simmer for 10 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
    Allow the mixture to cool down, then transfer it to a blender and grind it into a smooth paste.
    Cooking the Chicken:
    Heat 1/2 cup of oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
    Add 1 kg of boneless chicken (curry cut) to the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes until lightly browned.
    Seasoning the Chicken:
    Sprinkle 1 tbsp of salt, 1 tbsp of red chili powder, and 1 tsp of turmeric powder over the chicken.
    Cook for an additional 5 minutes on medium flame, allowing the spices to coat the chicken evenly.
    Adding the Onion-Tomato Paste:
    Pour the prepared onion-tomato paste into the pan with the chicken.
    Cook for 5 minutes on high heat, stirring occasionally to incorporate the flavors.
    Simmering the Curry:
    Cover the pan and simmer the chicken curry for 10 minutes on low flame, allowing the flavors to meld together.
    Incorporating Yogurt:
    Uncover the pan and add 1 cup of yogurt to the chicken curry.
    Mix well and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
    Adding Spices:
    Sprinkle 1 tbsp of coriander powder and 1 tsp of cumin powder over the chicken curry.
    Cook for an additional 5 minutes on medium heat to enhance the flavors.
    Enhancing the Flavor:
    Add 1 tsp of garam masala powder and 1 tsp of dried kasoori methi to the chicken curry.
    Mix well to incorporate the spices evenly into the gravy.
    Garnishing and Serving:
    Garnish the Boneless Chicken Curry with finely chopped coriander leaves and chopped green chilies for a vibrant finish.
    Serve hot with rice or naan for a delightful meal.
