I have never been to your city, but my son has agreed to take me when it is calmer there. My husband, bless his heart, will not come. This is a luxury apartment that checks about all the boxes except for building amenities, and even sharing it with two others would be a stretch for most of us. This is where the Beautiful People live....

Cash loves to provide the most useless, dishonest, clickbaity titles for his videos these days and it's honestly quite annoying. I used to watch every morning he uploaded for over a year and a half but the outright lies in the titles got tiresome quickly.

I nearly choked to death when you said they took a burlap sac and inverted it and cut holes for sleeves....lol That is just proof if one needed it... you put it in a high price window with a high price and some idiot will buy it and wear it thinking I spent this much for it... everyone will love it.... I would just laugh and walk away... money makes people stupid.
There is an episode of I Love Lucy where she did that and wore a burlap bag dress and it became a huge hit. It was pretty funny and showed how fashion was pretty stupid even back then. 😂

Dogs are allowed on the subway if they fit in a "container". People have been modifying bags to accommodate their pets😂. Theres pictures all over the internet of dogs in bags.. also lok up Brodie that Dood.. a famous New York Golden Doodle he rides the subway in his dads backpack 😂

$13K in that neighborhood! Gone are the days of the junkies & needle park. Gentrification & overpriced stores are now the norm. & did you know that Fairway was blasted for using facial recognition without letting its customers know that? Probably 1 of the few things in that neighborhood that is affordable is the papaya king. It's been around 4ever! Glad to see that there's an elevator in the building. You never know anymore. I actually like this place. The bedrooms are really decent sizes for a change. Somehow I don't think the stagers were expecting anyone to try out the furniture. I was kinda waiting for that bunkbed to collapse the way it was swaying lol. Is it worth the $13K tho? No one talked about any amenities in the building other than an elevator & a trash chute inside your apartment. Wonder how many roaches will visit you with that feature.

Hello! Ken’s rating: A- what??? I’m not a fan of pocket doors…. And the price? Whew! But the neighborhood looks great, and it looked like a vintage subway station services it. The kitchen was outstanding! I wonder who makes refrigerators and dishwashers that look like cabinets? I’d like to have that!
Outrageous rent aside: the elevator stopping at the front entrance bothers me so much. 😂 Maybe it's my fear of being trapped in an elevator, but it seems so weird that it stops *right* at the front door. Imagine if your friends come over and don't know about the stairs, and you take too long to answer the door. The elevator doors just close and they're taken to someone else's front door. 😂😂

While not cheap nor the same view as yesterdays condo, IF I were to live with roommates AND have the budget, I would live in this place over yesterdays place at $1.5M: This place is worth it and just has a feel to it more in tune to my person.
The price is wild! An entire different world! New York was cleaned up especially during the pandemic. Back in the day apartments like this in the city just didn’t exist. With the rent prices the way they are the people that are afford these apartments expect nothing but the best.

The monthly rent is insane. New York rentals are wild. My yearly rent is over $2000 cheaper than this apartments monthly rent (although it is not nearly as nice).

You're definitely spot on regarding the "Boring outfits." Lol It just seems to me that anyone who can afford to pay almost $14K in rent every month should buy rather than rent. Shouldn't they? Where is the logic in that? I thought the decor was kind of boring too! No real excitement going on. On the excitement spectrum it's only a slight step up from the boring clothes that are downstairs. lol Okay, in fairness, it's a few steps up, but it's still boring! I wouldn't feel inspired by it:-) I liked the large jack but I have one of those at my place. I even have the metal balls to go with it. lol. The balcony is nice! I'd paint on it. The same way Uncle Roger blew up by creating his own lane roasting people attempting to make fried rice, Cash is going to blow up by making real estate entertaining and genuine. He's not even trying to sell you anything, just critique the apartments in an entertaining and valuable way. Such a refreshing contrast to arrogant, douchie real estate people like Ryan Serhant who have their sales script memorized, sound like robots and are only interested in making money.

with 13k a month, in Bucharest, Romania, you can buy a 3 bedroom apartment in 1 year, or a house outside of the city. The rents in USA are just obscene.
