Great news! If you make a purchase from any link above, my channel earns a small affiliate commission from the site.
I appreciate the fact that he is always willing to show us viewers and potential renters the neighborhood area so we can get an idea of where we’re moving to and what it’s like to live there.
Just thought I'd say I'm from the mid-west and have no intention of moving east I just enjoy the tours and content. Look forward to the videos each morning. So, keep doin what you're doin, Cash!
I love when Cash collabs with Dominic. He always has the funky apartments. Love Charles too, don't want to leave him out
I’m from Ridgewood…. I grew up there as a child in the 80’s… Harman St ❤ Fun fact my dad was paying 218/mo for rent in the early 80s. It was a Railroad style apartment , 2 bed 1 bath , living room kitchen dining room … the bathroom had no sink-- we would brush our teeth in the kitchen sink 😂
Cash is the type of person that can make a brown shipping box convincing to live in 📦
Only 1500 per person! 😂
@@nygrl6102 😂
And 3000 per month.
@@nygrl6102 Well the third person gets to pay $600 for the remaining mo rent? Lol obviously uyour strong subject wasn't math lol!
@@chairlesnicol672 #1, my comment was first and #2 I'm an artist, I don't do math! Lol 😂
That apartment is actually in Ridgewood, the border between Bushwick, Brooklyn and Ridgewood, Queens is on Wyckoff avenue south of Gates Ave. There's a really good Mexican place called El Patron about a block away btw!
@@vincentgoupil180 309 Wyckoff is in Bushwick, the apartment shown is 803 Wyckoff
@@vincentgoupil180 no worries!
As soon as I saw Dominick I knew this would be a great place. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Only $1,200…. Per person… multiply by 24 roommates = cheapest apartment in NYC!
Okay... that's not bad. Not bad at all! Once I saw Dominick I knew I would be safe. He's not Charles but he's definitely a solid number 2 in my book! For $3600/month that's good value with that unit and in that building. I see this as a roommate situ (2 or 3), a partnered couple situ, or even a small family situ.
Charles job is to keep Cash from breaking fridge doors and oven doors. He does a great job
But like Cash pointed out the common area is really small so you either have it set up as a living room or dining area. Kind of a pick your poison scenario. I think I'd use the front room as a dining room instead of a bedroom. That would be better in a roommate situation also since there's only 1 bathroom. It would have been more workable if there was also at least a powder room. Curious what you thought of the tiles in the kitchen & bathroom
@@MamaCarola1 Hated the tiling. But... I could work with it.
@sinash I saw them used maybe 1 year ago on 1 of the HGTV shows. For sure it's not everyone's taste
Well the price isn't bad & the roof decks must be great in nice weather. Being right across from Fairway is a real bonus, not having to lug groceries far & is a great supermarket with fairly decent prices (they took over some of the fairway stores when that went out of business). This place gives off industrial vibes with the light fixtures & poured concrete ceilings. You better be a big fan of those tiles they used in the kitchen & bathroom tho. With only 1 bathroom it's probably better for a small family or couple imo.
Right. Common space isn't big enough for 3 independent adults. Best for folks who won't mind close quarters.
Yeah I don’t like the tiles! Thanks for the local information comment, I’d be well happy buying veggies across the road!
Thanks to all the commenters who are local, it really adds to the ambience! The sense of what it would be like to live there. And people’s interesting memories of the different areas. ❤
Actually genuinely liked this place! $1200 per roomie isn't a bad deal for what you're getting here with the amenities (so long as there aren't too many fees for them) and space is overall good (I think you could deal with the common area by using an L-couch maybe along the window and wall which would leave room for a small 3-person table maybe?), and hopefully once the leaking stops in that one room it's good to go. I actually dug the bathroom and kitchen and their wallpaper too. Ridgewood/Bushwick here doesn't seem to be too bad, and commutes into Manhattan probably would go alright--just wonder how annoying it'd be for me to get into parts like western Queens, lol.
Overall, not a bad place from Dominick! (Also, would be nice to see some more affordable Queens spots as they come up!)
Dominick always has really interesting properties
Good job, Cash! You didn’t slam anything. 😉 As usual, I enjoyed the content. Living in Oklahoma, I am alway blown away by the cost. Here, $1200 monthly would get you a decent 3 bedroom house with a front and back yard. Stay safe my friend!
Yes, but then you are stuck with Oklahoma.
@@653j521 Well… There is that. But in my defense, I’ve tried to escape several times but I just keep coming back. Just never found anywhere I felt comfortable enough to want to stay for long. Where I live is beautiful. Hills, rolling plains of tall grass, bluffs and lakes. They call it Green Country. But me? I call it heaven. But yeah, I get it. I usually tell people I’m from Arkansas. 😂
First time Cash has been in Queens for a while. Nice apartment. Nice for a family. Best if roommates work different shifts.😂😂
I can see that coworking space being a big selling point for folks that only need to go to the actual office once or twice a week. Not needing a place for working within one's apartment would be a huge bonus.
Nice one! One bedroom for a kid, another for parents, and the third for a home office.
Cash.. You could do laid back tours of NYC... It would be a gas...Looks like we could all eat our way through the boroughs.... 😁
Hi cash and to your friend it’s always great to have you and your friend show us all the tiny box apartments in NYC. I like the sink sprayers, hardwood floors, and very clean bathrooms. It’s tiny but it has potential. NYC has great shops and eateries nearby. Stay well and safe 👍😃
Really nice place at a really great price! Thanks, Cash, from Costa Rica!
Cash, Your opening is always so tight.
Music =cool. Dominic has fun energy. Citi-Bank- Dunkin Donuts of Banks- 😂Excellent.
Keep going.☮️
I love the building! It’s great they’re building luxury buildings in areas that need new life to a neighborhood
❤😊love this place..my roommate lived on Bleecker street! Years ago..
Dominick seems to always have interesting places. This one I really liked. Too bad there wasn't laundry in the apartment, unless I missed it. I haven't slept for 48 hours and I'm a bit muzzy. I swore I heard you call macarons, macaroons; big difference Cash 😂
You'd need to embrace the tiles in this place because they're a bit in your face.
I think this is more for a couple than housemates; 1 bathroom wouldn't work so well with having roommates.
Nanite, I'm going to crash now.
1 bath, 3 roommates with thin walls that carry sound. Good situation for siblings or a couple with one room for work or child. But, 3 roommates in that space really is not workable given the walls have no insulation to buffer sound. I lived in one of these and you can hear "everything" your roommates are doing.
I said the exact same thing! A small family would find this place ore workable than three strangers sharing one bathroom!
Your description of the surrounding businesses and sights, along with the interiors and your suggestions are knowledgeable and so distinct. I really enjoy watching. Just noting unsing words further vs. farther in this video.
Here I am early! To look at apts that I will never rent! 😊 And no, 32.00 TP is not a deal! I would call it highway robbery! Nice place, "loud" backsplash in the kitchen and bath. Nice amenities! Nice big windows! Love videos with Chong, he is a straight shooter, tells it like it is! 😊
Beautiful place! The outdoor space is incredible!!
“Bro you look crazy” lol I was laughing so hard. Cash I love your sense of humour. Your videos are awesome.
Anyone else just clicks on Cash's videos without even reading the titles? I don't think I've ever read one and I've bee watching since 2020.
I don’t read the title but I think his thumbnails are cool 😂
I always click first before I watch the video
@@xccrazy91 Yeah those thumbnails are cool.
@@richardvinsen2385 dude I’ve seen you bitch about this same damn thing multiple times and nothings changed. Plus his channel is growing not shrinking. Clearly it’s a losing battle. Why don’t you find something worthwhile to complain about
@@richardvinsen2385 Cash stopped slamming doors and appliances after he got lectured on it by Charles.
Love the time you took to show the place
This is Gonna b so Good CJ🔥🔥🔥👍n Happy Wednesday😀….
Bro wasn’t crazy. Shotgun wedding look.
*0:18 Why do I know if Charles were there right now... He’d screaming at you! I hope that is an old used microwave they’re planning on throwing in the trash bin!) Microwaves have a 16Lb weight limit for putting items on top of them. As long as you’re not blocking their “Vents”. Sorry Cash, your buttocks is definitely blocking the vents! 😂
The figures in that shop window look like a naive young couple on the receiving end of a voodoo curse that transformed them into manakins in the Twilight Zone. If you find a dried monkey paw, leave it alone.
Cash your video make my day I really enjoyed your video thank you 🙏🏾
Cash’s walkin through the neighborhood describing everything from the good to bad before he gets to the apartment have me rollin 🤣🤣🤣
Cash has taught me that I require a Snack Cabinet.
I love ya brother 🥰 and love the apt🥰
GOD BLESS 🙏
It would have been better to view this place when the repairs had already been made and the lights were working. Maybe the crazy tile works better with lighting. Perhaps it was the weather but the neighborhood, as well as the building, read depressing to me.
I had my last roommate in college. To hell with the buddy plan!
Cash.. you have GOT to get some yellow dragon fruit! I heard it's amazing!😍 I'm searching for some myself😂
I'll be so thrilled when "gray" goes out of style.. Reminds me of a prison.
😆 1:52 I could have sworn that RUST truck was an art display - until it drove away.
Awesome job cash see you tomorrow
Loved the art graffiti. I couldn't live there but I'd love to be able to afford to visit just to admire all the tasteful graffiti art. Awesome.
How about adding a merchandise link. Cash, your Vlogs are amazing! It would be great to have a nice T-Shirt with your logo…coffee mug…
Give it a thought and thanks for the enjoyment.
My hometown area ❤❤❤❤
I love your videos, you are very very productive and creative. Do you edit your videos yourself or do you have people doing them for you?
pyramid scheme=investment opportunity lmfao cash lolol good one. Also, i like this guy the best, out of all your regulars. The young man with glasses, not Charles, he's fun lol but I forget his name, he's got nice places but a bit pricey; this guys vibe is always so relaxed and *normal*, like he's not trying to sell ya anything, and his places are *always* affordable.. even if some of them are a little weird lol. xo
It blows me away how inexpensive those fruit stands are, especially with the exotics..
At that price two people could split the apartment & use the third bedroom for additional common space. Especially considering there's only one bath.
Ridgewood/Bushwick ❤
$32 for paper towels is absolutely way too expensive that’s insane
trying to upgrade that area... thats a good thing
Nice apartment but 3 beds and only one bath would put me off!
Are you an only child?
@@653j521 what does that have to do with anything?
I don't know where you take all your infos where you find all of these appartements but they're all so cute so clean ..they're small but just so perfect for me ..i don't like big spaces 😂tks for sharing,i do travel with you never been in NY. But i like what I'm seeing it's kind of down town Montréal but much bigger 😂.
The rooms are all small, but the building has an elevator, a laundry room and outdoor space. Everything is recently remodeled. For three compatible people, this place is doable.
I agree with you that the rooms are small but even so, they are workable. The space plus the amenities is what makes $3600/month a good value.
Or a coupe with a young child.
Hope you and your family have a wonderful day off
I can guarantee that the floors will NOT be done by move-in date, if ever. Landlords who only show finished apartments are the most reliable. The rest, just about, always lie.
This is my favorite place so far!
all the best, has the second baby arrived by now, may very loud in sommer here when everybody is outside on the decks having a party
best ive seen so far
you should make a comp with all the views from different places
I like this one !
Amazing appartment, even though my mind got stuck at the toilet paper price at this one.
some people dont have the money to afford a place like this
Love Ridgewood Queens!
oh heart be still - Dominic returns - if I were only 40 years younger - yep, if only - Great apartment, too
Pretty sweet.
dude wore his Canadian tuxedo for the video
It would be great to have 2 people living there, making the 3rd bedroom a den, and the actual living room a dining room!
I always read the titles. Today we have a nice apartment only with a leak that has to be fixed. I don't why they only had one bath but I guess if you are a couple you won't care. See ya
@7:48 "The laundry has the app. It buzzes on your phone when the laundry's done." I actually have that app on my phone, installed already. It's called 'Timer'. ...Now if the app could switch your clothes from the washer to the dryer....
Maybe it's time to replace the pillows on the outdoor decks though.
Great apartment
Are people really excited about living in Ridgewood?? Do not believe that is a dream of most people.
😂😂😂😂 Indeed
I'm very excited about living here, I never want to leave. Most people may disagree!
That kitchen is so nice it's a dream apartment
I laughed while watching. I am writing from Istanbul. Istanbul is even more expensive than New York in the world average, both in rent and purchase. In our country, no one would ever look for a shared roommate when renting such an apartment for 3600 dollars. If you are a foreigner, this type of apartment in Istanbul will not give you less than 10 thousand dollars to rent anyway.
Bohemian hip, 💜
Dunkin's rule!!!!!❤😂😅
Love it
nice place i would loves to live there
Cant wait to hear people complain about you sitting on a microwave 😂
Maybe not a good idea. Perhaps compromising its integrity.
Well, microwaves do cause butt cancer in over one American per year who uses them as a seat. It's the scourge of our time.
@@paulallen8495 🤣🤣🤣
Or him flicking the light switch 🤣
Nope. A leak that bad means no one was looking after that empty apartment.
That kitchen backsplash is straight out of Vegas.
only 1 bath so maybe good for two people and use one of the bedrooms as an office or gym. though rooms are bigger than the other cheap apartment.
Would live there by myself with a dog
One bedroom would be a study or a den while living area would be common space to greet guests
Or yoga meditation space
LMAO at the light switching for effects
😂 $1,200p/p cheap...let's just say it how it is. That ain't cheap. Brooklyn is a rip-off. I dig the industrial vibe, though, and works for Brooklyn. It's funny how Cash was trying to sell a once humble neighborhood. Lol, reservation system for party room and treadmill needs to be better tho. 😅
The leak is evidence of your typical cheap as heck new construction. They cut corners. No quality in some of these new places, that can't last.
I’d love to live there
Soooo much walking in NYC.
Then all 3 of you had Taco Bell and now sitting on each other to use 1 toilet. 1 bath with 3 people is crazy!
@2:12 Confusion Corner ❤
1:00 $49 Martial Arts. Id buy a Gun and watch Netflix eating Pizza instead!!🇬🇧🤣
Pyramid scheme. Excuse me...business opportunity. 🤣😂🤣😂
that tiny cabinet is a Spice Rack need to the oven Cash.
Yes. I think it's funny he calls it a snack cabinet.

That 3 bedroom place is definitely perfect for your little family cash Jordan
Bushwick is thriving I live here. I moved from Nutty ass east new york .
Nice building! Not familiar with the area- thanks for the tour.
Cash did not just plop down and dent that microwave 😂
