Bro, I've just discovered your channel yesterday, it's amazing, I find it really cool, I found all I was searching for, carry on (btw, personnaly I would prefer seeing you play against higher rated openents, they blunder less)

Superb. You are always very engaging the way you explain as you're a great verbal communicator and you know how to add humour effectively and that all helps leaning.

I like both videos! The low rating games are really instructional but high rated is always entertaining🤙🏼

Sean I like lower rated games better because they are the most instructive for lower rated players. It shows how a master takes advantage of weaknesses. I also like it when you stick to a narrow repertoire because it shows many games in the same opening and the ideas so we can try to mirror them a bit. I hope you will show some OTB games in the future when you play them again those would be very cool to watch. Thanks for uploading.

Thanks for the comment. I'll try to stick with these openings that you all enjoy but I'll also try to expand a little more. I'm working on something right now but once it's done, we'll be back in business!

This delayed Alapin as well as it's brother the Smith Mora is devastating to a Sicilian player!

Sean, your games against lower rated players are as instructive as those against higher rated players. e.g. seeing your response to common mistakes.

    Great video as always Sean!
I think while if you have very good analysis of a high rated game it can be very instructional.
But when I was sub-1000 and even 11 - 1200 my opponents would never give me those kinds of positions.
I personally would prefer to see higher rated games because my opponents are starting to blunder a bit less!

Make more videos about delayed sicilian. There are no contents on YT about this opening

I prefer watching you play against low rated opponents because I can relate more to those games and learn more from seeing similar mistakes that I would make.

I watch both, i really love the philidor but i think as a creator it would be better to diversify. Did you the latest gothamchess series? He is playing a tournament and doing daily recaps, i that’s an awesome format 👍

Hmmm...Now what about forgetting the Nc6 version...and Black tries 4. Be2 g6 instead, in order to remove the king from all the action!? e.g. 5. 00 Bg7 6.Bb5+ and Nc6 now! [not swapping off his queen's bishop]. White has tried 7.d4...but now what happens? What is white's plan here...and how does Black thwart it?

Both and can you play, the English and Reti? Don't see a lot of content with those.

That’s because the Reti can become essentially any opening! What type would you like to see

hey there sean , actually i have a suggestion , start making 1 min trap videos
upload one to two vid every day, it wont take much time and the channel will stay active , i mean the channel will grow at a much faster pace if you do that plus people find it easier to share trap vids with other people , because they are not so much technical and fun to watch
