With over 70 traders under one roof, the Adelaide Central Market is one of the largest undercover fresh produce markets in the Southern Hemisphere, buzzing with life and colour all year round. I am joined by Daniel, and we make our way through the market and sample some of what the market can offer gastronomically. With heaps of food stalls, restaurants and cafes - the market is a culinary destination in it's own right.

Thanks ! I joined a tour of Central Market this year which included sampling the different foods available as well as receiving some products to take home .The tour finished with lunch at Lucias .Soup , pasta and dessert along with a glass of wine . Wonderful !
There's nothing quite like dining al fresco at Lucias. Just sit there and absorb the atmosphere.

Was visiting my sister last month a and we went to Central Market a few times, absolutely love the stalls there…….the food…..the pastries……everything 🤤🤤🤤🤤

Very sad that this is the last of this series but am very excited for the NEXT batch of videos. I spent so many hours in Adelaide Central Market when I was up your way. OMG I LOVE CUSTARD TARTS! F@$k the diet! hahaha love that. The pasta looks so good. As someone on keto, I am absoutely salivating. Eww oysters...you know how I feel about it. haha I am a coffee addict! 8 huge cups every day as a minimum.
We're very lucky to have good coffee so easily accessible. I fly out tomorrow, omg I'm so excited.

No worries... I just wished the market was closer to me! Haha... I do have a weekly Sunday farmer's market in my town though.

Ah man , I was in the market yesterday . I always make a bee line for the market when in Adelaide , its the best I’ve ever visited . We sat and ate at the very same table opposite Les Duex Coq . I love French food , I’ve been to France many times , and their Croque Monsieur and Crème Broulee take some beating , we had both ! . Great video Ryan and cheers mate .
