    A lot of these sights that are just outclassed have an x factor in real life that just can't translate to games well.
    The UH-1 Vortex holo is great IRL because it's usually $100-200 cheaper than the equivalent eotech and Vortex has industry-leading customer service. I actually bought one for my AR in real life cause I liked the reticle
    The eotechs with multiple dots are obviously for range, I'd love to have it in like, Squad where you may be engaging people at like 400m but there's not much point using it in Tarkov
    The acro hooded red dot is actually considered by a lot to be the next evolution of micro dots, because the hood prevents dirt from getting in the emitter and stopping the dot from projecting.
    And finally the RMR in real life is an absolute beast of an optic known for its legendary durability

    The RMR bounce on the ACOG is pretty accurate tbh. I have one installed on an M16A4 that I take to the range quite regularly and on snap shoots and movement shoots it’s kind of a pain to acquire a target on a consistent basis due to the fact that it sits so high above the sight itself. the compact prism scope is actually really underrated. ive been using it this wipe and it baffles me how many people sleep on it. The 2.5x zoom is actually really good for maps like customs and interchange where you do not need alot of zoom. the sight itself is really cheap (only 15-20k) so you can just pair it with a deltapoint on the side so for 35k you have a really good scope setup for close/medium range. Spraying is also much easier due to the slightly lesser zoom than the 4x scopes. The reticle is pretty nice. Its a bit much, but i grew to like it. I would put it nowhere near F tier.

    Statistically speaking, in terms of the new evo ergo thingy for building guns and how it affects weapon overswing and time to ads as well as snappiness of the aim: The Sig Sauer Bravo 4 is the best 1x-4x option on weight to ergo penalty with the Burris Fast Fire on top, making it the best option if you can get past the large dot on the 1x and the 4x sight picture. This makes it better than any LPVO on any mount in terms of evo ergo. I believe all LPVO are F tier until they add the throw levers/stepless zoom for the ones that have it. Until then, they are all just glorified Elcan Spectre DR4 because of the instantaneous switching of zoom levels.

  • @paritoshd
    @paritoshd Před rokem +2

    I think the reason you feel like the recoil is higher on the magnified EOTech and the scope mounted sights is because your screen is additionally zoomed in when you ADS, and your sensitivity is adjusted accordingly. Magnified optics have a "Picture-in-Picture" type of display, so there is a second "camera" that the game renders and overlays. But there is also a bit of artificial zoom that is done, and that changes your sensitivity. 1x sights have none of this zoom. So, the reticle is jumping to the same degree, but you perceive it to be greater than it is, as the screen is further zoomed in, so it is moving a greater distance on your screen. The change in sensitivity only affects your ability to control this recoil, and you have to move your mouse twice the distance.

    Issue I have with the deltapoint is that the housing of it is too small, its clean on the inside but the MRS you get an ultrathin housing that centers more space near the red dot.

    The 2nd dot on the EXPS3-2 is a 500 yard BDC (bullet drop compensation). There's also a 4 dot reticle which we don't have in EFT. Either way pretty sure this isn't well implemented in EFT since the center dot is suppose to be zero'd to 50/200 yards (between 50 and 200 the bullet is slightly above the dot).
    Edit: actually we do have the 4 dot reticle, it's on the one that comes with a magnifier combo.

    The 2 dots on the EOTECH in D tier is for range holds at distance. Useful if you’re trying to compensate for bullet drop, but less useful in a game with 100m average engagements.

    There is 1 (ONE) singular use for the ACRO P1 in Tarkov. It's on the RN 30mm mount. It has 2 rails. Back one is for the rangefinder, the front one is for a reflex sight. Two choices are the ACRO P1, or the Romeo sights, which are actually better for that. So, it's 1 actual use. Romeos are better, still.

    • @wurfyy
      @wurfyy Před 2 lety

      The ACRO is my go-to canted sight. It has a high mount so the optics take up much less screen. The Sig sights work as well but you need to buy the spacer because for whatever reason you can't just put the high mount on a cant. This means you need to buy one more thing, which is annoying.
      This wipe I've focused more on point fire so I haven't really used it but if I get to SBIH I'm definitely going to use it a lot.

    I love it, it does everything : it has its own red dot, it has its x3-x9, and it's only -2 ergo compared to all the other long range sights

Its not great and its the size of my monitor alone but at night without proper NVGs your not seeing your own gun half the time anyway so its not unusable per say, just extremely niche and situational equipment for the like 4 hours of night tarkov is actually pitch black and you don't wanna run Nods.

    the Schmidt and Bender PMII is actually a VERY solid sniper scope, add a rangefinder sit on dome BAM easy kills, I call it the "eye of god" scope, add it to an AXMC bam you've got easy psycho sniper kills on dome, just page up and down rounded UP from the actual target range to the closest range, hover directly over their head and Ala kablam you've got a headshot and a chris's heir kill EZ PZ, good luck grabbing that loot though it's across the entire map but I don't think you care after the adrenaline rush that is a well placed massive distance shot with a mythical head tapper AKA the AXMC with the Eye of God and a decent light SMG with leg meta rounds and a DeltaPoint backup mount on it, best placed on the handguard for CQC panic mode
