    Dear Ann,
Thanks for the good tutorial, I'm wondering if the result from final analysis which the imperfection and the material non linearity are applied different from result calculated by Static Riks method?. I guess they should be very closed.

Hello Prof, can you please explain how did you come up with a specific value for defining your imperfection as a pre-applied lateral load?

A pinned beam with point load at midspan has a deflection of PL^3/48EI. Set this equal to the desired imperfection and solve for P.

Hello, Ann, could you please tell me how to determine the number of "vectors used per iteration" during setting STEP?

I don't know what this means off the top of my head, but I'm sure it is described in the documentation

is eigenvalue related with load magnıtude ?

Eigenvalue is related to the load magnitude, eigenvector gives the mode shape (displaced shape)
