If you are doing high mileage then I would recommend changing with yearly service. If you are doing low mileage then every 2 years change will be fine.

It's easy in Indian Micra because all paddle control in car are Right side so left side is clear ..

Your best bet would be a Nissan dealer, ebay used parts or someone scrapping one, Also here in the UK we have car places like EuroCarParts who can order one. All the best and really hope you get hold of one.
