Second, the Ukraine aid package is essential to Ukraine's ability to fight the Russian invasion, and the consequences of Russia defeating Ukraine have been spelled out hundreds of times by now. Third, Republicans in the House had the opportunity to do something about the southern border, and refused to do it, so no one to blame there but themselves.

If you look at the actual text of the funding bills, 90% of money allocated goes to AMERICAN COMPANIES TO REFURBISH AND REPLENISH OUR MILITARY STOCKPILES as we send surplus to Ukraine while our military, including civilian contractors and manufacturers gets the bulk of the money to provide new gear for OUR TROOPS. So, in reality, what that means is that Ukraine funding goes to AMERICAN CITIZENS. But, go ahead and listen to those that only have a superficial understanding of what the bills actually are.
