- The man who filmed Princess Catherine shopping is speaking out. Nelson Silva was in a farmer's market when he spotted the Princess of Wales and Prince William. He says conspiracy theories suggesting that's not really Kate are absurd. Meanwhile, the exclusive London hospital where Kate had her surgery is investigating a possible security breach. The hospital says at least one person on the staff attempted to access Kate's medical records that might have revealed details of her surgery.

So on her next birthday, her first birthday as the Princess of Wales, January 9th 2023, the bells in fact did ring in honor of her birthday at Westminster Abbey.
Mysteriously however, on January 9th of this year, 2024, on her birthday, there were NO ringing of any bells.

The royal family’s reputation? Not divulging her medical history will not damage her reputation. Her medical history is her own business, no member of the royal family has any obligation to reveal that they have a medical injury or condition unless it permanently affects their royal duties.
She’s in recovery she doesn’t have to divulge why she’s currently incapacitated. It’s not that she doesn’t care, she just doesn’t want the entire world to know that she’s currently undergoing medical treatment.
There is no legal or royal decree that states she has to reveal medical information.

Kate's surgery was January 16th. She will soon be returning to her duties so naturally by now, she is able to walk and carry a shopping bag. Kate's face does look much thinner, but she had major surgery and I'm sure she lost a lot of weight. In thin people, weight loss really shows in the face. I think you will be quite embarrassed when Kait is back in full form, and you realize that WAS her.
I never saw a statement saying she was struggling to eat. Just that she is doing well.
When I had my surgery there was a long list of foods I couldn't eat that my choices became very narrow, and very bland. I even had to peel seedless grapes for 6 weeks if I wanted to eat them.
It is important to start moving when well enough to do so. Prevents blood clots by aiding circulation, gets the pooper equipment going to digest and vac toxins, and makes it better for mental well being.
She was in recovery so of course she would be healing and improving. Especially now the worst is behind her, and she is due back. I think it was a lovely outing, very normal and that she would have enjoyed it
