That's so sad. Sloan Bella had mentioned Kate was poisoned. The abdomen was affected. Poisoning is like a knife in your stomach. The other side can be tricky. I have had dreams that came true, but they weren't literal. You had to muddle through the actual meaning. I do believe her abdomen was affected in one way or another. Poor Charlotte. No wonder she is not being seen. She is furious and knows they did this to her mother. I pray they don't harm Charlotte.

I feel like there are some things possibly being mixed. If Kate was brain dead but had a heartbeat in December that could line up with being gone in a sense, but still around enough to be put into a coma, experimented on to try to revive brain activity, etc. This is all speculation, but there are plausible scenarios in which someone could technically be alive (and have their body tortured) but also gone (vegetable state, machines doing a lot of the body's work). I remember an unrelated case where a woman in a coma got pregnant (while in the coma, not before) and gave birth. They arrested one of the male nurses looking after her for r*pe once they confirmed paternity. That woman is technically alive, but her spirit is probably long gone and not even aware she's a mother.
Whatever the details, with all of the photo collages and AI foolery from Kensington Palace, I do strongly believe Kate is gone in every way that matters and William is responsible for it.
maybe all the other stuff happened first, then they staged her being sick in bed so the kids could think she grew ill and died, and also present her to the staff and surrounding as she died peacefully masking what really went on.

And then just that he lost all control of his faculties and started stomping her until he had to be pulled off of her. I honestly don't know anything, but I picture it and feel it.
