The Shot Show ATF Townhall where the director spoke was open to everyone who attended Shot for free. You just had to sign up for it in advance under the education section of Shot Show checkout. The biggest different this year was they scanned badges when you entered and had everyone write down questions on a 3x5 note card so they could be screened in advance. You couldn't just raise your hand and ask your question like previous years with the acting director. They can say it was to organize the questions but it was pretty obvious what was happening. At one point someone asked about "What are current dealers with brace's in inventory are supposed to do?" and the director answered the question talking about "Ghost guns". It was obvious to me he really was not a "gun guy" and had no idea what braces actually are or how they work.
Whenever you send anything to the government you have to send it by CERTIFIED MAIL. That way they can't say that you didn't send it. Another thing always keep a copy of what you sent. Also you date and sign the copy you keep and get some one to sign it also. If you have to get a Notary to stamp you paperwork. It saves headaches in the long run. They can't give you the run around with that. I also noticed that you get a response quicker from the other end if someone has to sign to receive it on the other end. The money it costs to do these things is cheap when it saves you the headaches later.
Actually, all First Class mail is tracked. So, in a pinch, you can pay the PO to verify that you sent the mail on the back-end rather than up-front. But, yes, doing it as you say puts the recipient on notice that you won't let it slide.
16:00 - I don't know about anyone else, but when I was in school (9th thru 12th) I was adamantly against the pledge. At first, it was because I wasn't religious in any way and I bristled at the phrase 'one nation, under god.' Later it was because it felt like disingenuous indoctrination. Why would I pledge allegiance to a government that does not have my interests at heart, who is filled with oligarchs and elitists, and actively legislates in favor of the 1%? I believe in what this country *can be*, but not what *it is*.
I'm glad you guys are talking about things I've been talking about for awhile getting people that haven't been typically been gun owners into being gun owners AND involved into supporting our 2A causes. I have a idea how to get more people involved but can't do it without help mostly by others volunteering and getting the word out,I' m a nobody and don't have the platform to try to get it implemented. I would love to be involved but the most important thing to me is getting the 2A community to grow. Kia where were you an officer in Illinois

In most cases in Illinois the Local Police chief is an appointed position and therefore have much less freedom to do what the Sheriffs here how are elected, have done in resisting this unconstitutional law. they may quietly support the sheriffs but in the end NTA (Notice To Appear) or off to jail matters little to the Law Abiding citizen as it is the court date you have to worry about. You may not go to jail but you will end up in prison if the law isn’t trounced by the courts. Also Kaya Thanks for the NTA ( Notice To Appear ) comment the vast majority don’t speak LEO. And welcome to the Comunist State of Illinois keep fighting the fight.

I have to say, I just haven't been able to warm up to Kaya in the regular CF videos. Sorry, I've tried but I just haven't been connecting with Kaya. BUT I liked "podcast Kaya" MUCH better than "regular video Kaya". Brother, maybe you've been trying too hard or something but if you were always this chiiled out, down to earth dude in this podcast, I think that would be much cooler.

Facts are on our side. It’s the “you do you buddy” mentality. If we aren’t able to wield political authority to take back this country than all things you said doesn’t mean anything.
