***** About Living Traditions Homestead *****
Living Traditions Homestead is all about living a simple and sustainable way of life. We believe the world has gotten too “busy” and that people are missing out on many of the true blessings this world has to offer. We started as a small urban homestead in Gilbert, AZ and after the city grew up around us, decided it was time leave corporate America and take a big leap of faith by moving our family to the Missouri Ozarks.
We put out 5 new videos every week! Tuesday through Saturday. We hope you will become part of our homestead family by subscribing to our channel and watching as we transition from city dwellers to full time homesteaders!

Here in the UK Worcestershire sauce is said like this - ' Woostersheer sauce or Wooster sauce'!
It's much easier to say!
Do you make your own, Sarah?
Looks amazing. I don’t have rabbits yet, but got your cookbook! Can’t wait to try the recipes😊
Where were you able to find the cookbook

+Farm_In_The MiddleOfTheWoods We love raising rabbits!
Very nice! It's getting hard to pick a favorite...JJ
Looks delicious. may have to be supper this weekend....
+dj speer You won't be disappointed!
A funny way to say Worcestershire sauce is "WASH YOUR SISTER SAUCE" we heard that last year and always use it Cathy
It's easy. WUSS-TA-SHER sauce!
Make some extra marinade for a dip/dressing, pull meat off any leftover rabbit..this would be wonderful in lettuce wraps with some julienne carrots, sliced red onion, and cabbage for lunch the next day!
+Robin Loope Fantastic idea!
We raise rabbits also in a big a city love ur receipes
+Jo Ann Thompson It gives you such a feeling of freedom to start raising your own food. Good job!
I’ll be right over!!!!
+Psycho nurse 5150 We'll set a place for you. Lol!
I have watched your rabbit recipe videos. I would like to start cooking rabbit again. Years ago, I could buy it locally at one of the grocery stores here; but, I have not seen it in years. Since I am not able to raise my own meat rabbits; where can I buy rabbit meat?
What recipes do you have for canned rabbit to share
I made the Asian Rabbit recipe the other day and it was super good too. Just wondering if you like the Marinated Asian Rabbit or the Asian Rabbit the best?
I can not find your book in hard copies
Sarah,
what if we can't have Soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce what can we substitute for these
If soy is not a problem, both authentic Japanese Tamari and Bragg's Liquid Aminos are Gluten free. If no Gluten or Soy in your diet, then steep a Dry Shiitake Mushroom in the necessary amount of hot Chicken Broth for 30 minutes. When cool, add the Umami rich broth, mushroom and all, to the marinade ingredients. You will need to add Salt to taste, 1/2 teaspoon should be plenty...JJ
I'm not familiar with rabbit meat. What does it taste like? Can you use chicken instead of rabbit with your recipes
DO YOU COOK SWEET POTATOES MASHED THE SAME WAY YOU WOULD COOK WHITE POTATOES?
+GRANDMA DEE I sure do! They are very tasty!
Hmmm, can we get back from Asian rabbit to rabbit with American gravy....and then more gravy, and subsequently some more brown gravy? Did I mention that your American audience may like some traditional American recipes from days of old. You can dump the sweet taters....what a diabetic nightmare!
