2024 Skeeter ZXR and FXR Comparison

- We walk through and talk about some of the Key differences in the Skeeter ZXR and FXR models. We focus only on the 21ft model here. I do my best to hit everything but if i missed something, let me know if the comments!
I've owned both (currently in fxr)... Let me help you out, cause there are a bunch of good differences that skeeter really doesn't do a great job of pointing out:
Trailer upgrades: grab handles, fenders, wheels, tires, extra step on side.
In the boat: fusion stereo, battery gauge, pop out cleat by driver, steering wheel, billet aluminum reinforcements on console and transom, upgraded grab handles, cup holder/tool holder up front, upgraded seat material, more padding in seats, all stainless locks, additional compartment lights, deck lights, locker bar available, upgraded electronics, seadeck flooring, trash can compartment, NMEA network from the factory, much better NMEA gauges, NMEA engine harness, touch panel at console, additional bilge pump, additional live well pump, full padded deck, and sliding front pedestal seat, upgraded electrical wiring/shutoff setup in battery compartment.

Finally a real comparison being done. Other questions to be answered is the hull the same? If not, what the difference in ride, handling, and speed?
You left out the biggest comparison. What's the price on both boats? This is what most people want to know.
I tried to go over things that you can't find anywhere. Skeeters are all sold at NAP so most know exactly where each boat starts and then it would just be a matter of added options from there. Currently for the 21ft models in 2024 base prices would be ZXR-$78,695 FXR-$92,795 as packaged by skeeter.

They have the same hull and top cap! The 20’ is the best deal on the market!
I would say the zxr for the money
Dustin, I would be hard pressed to disagree with you on this. The ZXR is a remarkable boat for the money in today's market.
I have a zxr 2023 and i wish I would have just gotbthe fxr its not alot more by the time i put what I wanted on my zxr it cost as much as the fxr

17" draft. Interesting. My mx 1825, a 'multi-species' boat, can get into skinnier water than a bass boat. She draws 14 inches...
They don't specify drive up or down so its possible (and honestly likely) they are referencing drive down draft
So if u like paying for a lot extra for not much more, fxr is your boat
