One feature you should suggest to your clients is a second laundry in the master closet. We did this on our build 6 years ago, and it is life changing! The main "guest" laundry is hardly ever used, as most of the dirty laundry we make consists of dirty clothes at the end of the day, and it goes straight into the washer in our master closet while the shower is heating up. When we do laundry, the dried clothes goes right to the hanger and up or into the dresser drawer in the master closet, just a few feet from the dryer. Gone are the days of hauling clothes across the house! It's hands down the most used feature in our home.
Second best feature: big walk in shower like in this video, but without the 3 inch tripping hazard lip at the entry to the shower. Just a smooth even walk into the shower.

I really like the different aesthetic and finishing choices in this build. Plus the dog shower!! Beautiful!
Love the wrap around porch, stone, flooring color, island, beautiful corner sink, pantry, huge laundry room and dog shower.
Love it! All it needs is a 20 foot by 20 foot craft room and another guest bedroom.
Just a couple more things! :-)

Gorgeous. Especially love the wrap-around porch (100% on the wish list for the next house), the stone, and the corner sink. But the pass-through fireplace into the bedroom? I don't know about that!

Could wrap the entire structure on our builds with stone. Just the additional cost of the stone.
I noticed one of those kitchen cabinet doors wasn't painted on the bottom. Beautiful house though
can see daylight through the top and bottom of those french doors. gonna be cold and breezy in the winter in that room.

Unique features, and Attention to Details, but This Is your first Totally Cool Home 👍 This Layout,
Is so Cool, it would be a perfect layout, for us, to start with, which I find, really, really Cool…We Need
an additional 1,000 + Sq feet, for a Craft Roome, Home Office/Study/Man Cave, and Game Room…
Plus an attached, insulated, Heated/Air conditioned Shop and Garage, with a matching porch, which
would be so Cool, we’d Never Wanna move 🙏🏽. Thanks again, for sharing ‘One Cool Ranch’ with us,

We don’t quite go more than 100 miles from red oak Texas. On occasion depending the circumstances it ends up being a few extra miles but not much.

Are the kitchen cabinets and other inside additions sturdy. They look like just composite plasticy looking. I suppose a better build inside would work.

Nope… it wasn’t a comedy bit. Actually not the first time we’ve had this request. Actually have another one similar to this.

I like this but i would not want see through fireplace dont like black, love the cabinets and quarts would not want corner sink but all those are minor changes. As far as the design its very pretty. We have 45.7 acres we are wanting to do something like this on. This design checks off a lot. Would like more information on pricing length of time to finish it. We have a 2200 sq ft paid off house but ready for country living! I am eager to get started!

I love this type of home I can’t sell my wife on them she says they look too much like a metal building if we could ever have one that looks like a standard home and not like a metal building I might be able to sell her on it but right now it’s an absolute no. And I already have the property paid off all I have to do just figure out what kind of metal building or metal home that I can put on it that would satisfy her remember happy wife happy life
