I admire how wholesome this video is. The information presented is easy to comprehend, and the thumbnail nicely summarises the talking points of the video. Videos like this are difficult to find nowadays, with the predatory clickbait tactics used.
👍
Thanks dude! I didnt find yet that informative and straight to the point videos, which I like to produce. Usually there are perfect presentation, but lack of knowledge, or powerpoint stuff. So I think, that my style is unique :D. Sadly thumbnail like that is very poor and I dont get as much clicks, as I would hope. But who knows, maybe one day algoritms favor my style ;) Anyways it is my hobby and I get bigger satisfaction from good feedback, like yours, then from monetization. But maybe one day I can turn my passion to fulltime work, then I am really satisfied men :D
Absolutely correct .. some roof designs cost as much as the walls. It amazes me how people build these monstrous homes and only spend time in 2 or 3 rooms. 🤠👍
Thanks for your feedback!
cuz women
Totally agree with your points, always thought to myself houses are too expensive and too complicated for no good reason. There's always a better solution out there.
Thanks for leaving your feedback and watching the whole video :)
Very smart video! I often have diarrhea at night so i usually visit the toilet 5-6 times
Ohh, poor you. Thanks for supporting my channel!
Please see a doctor. Please
WOW, exactly the type of things I wanted to know; THANKS!
Yes the more complicated the house , the more it will give me anxiety! I m loving how you explained! Great video!!! :)
The most relevant explanation so far💕
Super advice, Marek. Thank you.
So helpful. Thanks!
Straight to the point and very helpful
Why did I love this video so much!?
Very informative. Too many forget the basics. I especially like the advice on corners and bathroons. Here in the US it seems so popular to have a roof with a 14 hips, pitches, and trusses. Makes no sense. One big flat angled roof for areas with little snow or one single A shaped roof for areas with snow.
Thank you for the excellent video
Thanks for so detailed feedback :)
@@MarekKubi no problem! I hope this video helps people design better more efficient houses.
Excellent job. Great display of efficiency and terrific delivery. Well done.
Thank you! Great video!
I go 3-6 taimes per day to toilet. I liek video guud and very much informative. ;) keep up great work
I quess its too much beer before the night :D
Very good video! I go 1 time per night to toilet!
Thanks for information, same here :)
Great video man
You are very funny and sweet. I enjoyed your video. Thanks for all your tips and tricks! I am looking for options to get a house, so I «landed» on your video. Keep up the good (and funny) work!
Estonia seems to rock...maybe a visit is due!
Thanks Mirela! I really enjoy to share my experience and hopefully someone can make better financial decisions after watching some of my videos :) Glad to make Estonia attractive ;)
Great video! Lots of information in an easy to follow format. Thanks!
Thanks for your support with proper feedback!
Wish I had found this channel sooner .. Oklahoma had EXTREAM weather ( 3ft. Of snow one day & 80°F the next ) building a tiny home 16×12 single story using salvaged house trailer engeneered truss & Aircrete.. being disabled has added lots of time to my build too ...
Thanks for the recognition. To be honest I didnt understand about your constructive part. So it seems to be complicated for me atm :D
I'm using engineered roof truss from a house trailer .. roof truss made from 2"× 2" & I'm building my own 6" wall studs .. the new super truss engineered studs .. maybe I'm not call them by correct names 🤔 they are # 2- 3/4" × 1&1/2"boards glued & nailed to each side of 2"× 4" blocks ..
Anyway love ur channel,.. u got a new sub ..🤣🤣🤣
Underated channel! I've watched a bunch of your videos, they're so informative (and actually very funny)
Thanks, glad you appreciate my content. 2500 subs not so few btw :D
good short sweet video with practical tips and strong front lever mate! cheers from Australia
Thanks! Stay dry this year ;)
Thank you. A lot ❤
Väga asjalik info. Aitäh, Marek! :)
Tänud tunnustuse eest, Tarvo. Selline tagasiside motiveerib sarnast asja edasi ajama :)
"But here... holy crap!" I laughed my ass off. Thanks for that.
Your welcome, hopefully you got some tips for your future build ;)
@@MarekKubi I sure did, mate. Thank you.
Great vid
4:10 Nowadays, potatoes grow in the shops!! haha thats Gold !! awesome humor !
Tip about land and water, build on high ground, account for the possibility of floods, let the garden flood away, not the house or just be safe and not have that problem at all.
The cliff foundation seems like a very god location!
Yeah, land on the cliff gonna be really demanded, when melted ice become real problem. So my grandchilds gonna be rich and they can afford ticket to the Mars, when earth is fuked up.
great video and always applicable!
Side note I cannot stand complicated roof designs more money and more problems
Thanks for a comment!
Some complicated solutions are really beautiful, tho.
thank you very useful
Well done. 😀

Good video, to the point, informative and funny too.
Thanks Lucas! I am happy, that you did find my channel and got some proper information :)
Thanks a lot bro.. Helped so much.
Your welcome. Have a good emotions with your project.
Excellent video, Easy to understand. I wish you have more subscribers and viewers for your content.
Thanks for good words! This is a long project, one day I will reach million subs ;)
good Job
Brilliant advises! I thought I know a lot about construction but the soil subject was something new and logical. Need to watch more videos from your channel.
Thanks a lot!
I love your video!! Great info I need to decide my home design and funny. Just going 2 story square.
Yeah. Btw, I will build 2 toilets in my future home. Just didnt had such big family experience, when I recorded that video :D
@@MarekKubi Yes! With a family you definitely need 1 bathroom plus an extra toilet space haha!!
Your videos are truly great, so much valuable information in a compact video plus time to make some jokes :)
Great video! And to think that only 50 years ago, people had one toilet house outside aka a hole in the ground, while having huge families with 8-10 children. We are so spoiled, that it is hard to appreciate. It is better to have one toilet in a tiny house that being a slave to the bank.
Yes, but nowadays spoiled generation live many years longer than ancestors. ;) And inflation do kill bank slavery. But maintaining costs only grow with older and bigger houses.
@@MarekKubi right. However, this is about to change to the worst. With rising energy costs for heating and cooling, large houses will be the worst off.
@@elim7228 Totally agree with that!
mõnus ja informeeriv video. Keep up the good work (Y)
Thanks for support!
Thank you, very much.I really apriciate your video.
Maybe if you have a flat roof thats goodidea aswell
@@vortexronin6448 Thanks for your comments. The cost of a flat roof depends on the region. Here is a lot of snow, so it is costly to build a concrete roof.
Great video. I made own floor plan. Will build in couple years. Good info 😊
Thanks. I have also the floorplan and it has changed every year a bit :D
Thanks no bs Estonian guy
hi, for climate very hot like italy, which would be the best, diy, cheap material to build small house to stay fresh?
Thanks :)
Hei, I do not know, never been there :D You should ask a local builder youtuber :P
Good vid!
Thanks dude!
Like your Vod
very informative. explained with fun. i have liked and subscribed as soon as you said "HOLY CRAP"
Thanks for your support!
@@MarekKubi i'm glad you took your time to reply. i am recommending your page to the people i know. keep posting videos brother
@@architectiftikar2384 Thanks for pushing my channel! I already started work on the next video. Gonna be theoretical and I think very important for the building industry ;)
@@MarekKubi
I will be looking forward to it.
Marek, you know that I do not buy anything you say, I can see through your soul my friend. All I have to do is hear you and look very deep into your transparent eyes. :D
Good ideas. No separate bathroom off the master bedroom is a deal breaker for most home buyers in the more spacious USA, however.
What an lazyness level :D Here bedrooms are just for sleeping and no problems when at night need to make few steps more :D
@@MarekKubi True, there are many lazy Americans judging by their waist sizes but we have to conform to market expectations if we should need to sell our home easily and profitably in the future. Home features that are expected by buyers are things that you have to learn from current trends.
3-car garages, for example seem to be another requirement for most mid-range new-home construction in our heavily car-dependent society. Some homes look to be more garage than house from the front. lol
@@BenKlassen1 So nice to hear, how the trends in states are. I just have experience from Europe, but the good news is, that I have many subscribers from the states also.
Maybe we are too poor compared to Americans :D I have one 16 year old car and we are fine with that :D
@BenKlassen1 I mean if you would wake up at night to go pee, it would be better to keep toilet close so you don't distress your sleep
Where i live ww build a washroom /shower for each room. We keep the dooe opened during the summer to reduce the heat. It is ver normal to have 5 washrooms in a house.
Yes, I have heard a lot of places where it is a standard. We have here expensive energy, so big houses are for very wealthy ones. Thanks for sharing your experience.
How about building 1 story rectangular and create 2 bedrooms and bath under roof? Is that cheaper than 2 story walls?
Yes, it is called 1,5-story house here. Usually it has the cheapest m2 price.
@@MarekKubi Thank you again, I will find some 1,5 story building plans then. I like more square feet, but dont care about design features, I just want the most living space for the least money, but good quality.
👏👏👏
2 toilets are very comfortable. There's too many times when i go for 2nd and then suddenly someone else need to use toilet. 2nd toilet gives a man time what he need 😀
Yes, I agree with that. Still many families live with one toilet and second toilet is kinda luxury stuff :D
What country are you from? Love your videos!
Estonia.
Good video, but how to reduce the cost of elevators and trash chutes? How about wood frame walls? All that wood and nails and sheetrock and insulation is expensive.
good one, will build house now and ignore most of directions
thanks, nice video, which country do you live?
Hey Khalid. I live in Estonia.
See on hea video! 👍
Tore :)
2:18 *[insert It’s Go Time emote here]*
Haha, now i know :D
you should mention where you are? norway, sweden? slovakia?
Estonia.
That was your garage ..😄 or not ..?
Great front lever !!
Nono, i dont even have an shelter, i live in an apartment with my family, but i hope to build a house in the future tho :D
Marek Kubi ok! Become a big youtuber and ... 👍😃. You are doing a good job 👏
What the, how are you able to do front lever xddd? But thanks, I'm planning on buying land and building an affordable house to rent out, the biggest issue is heating for me, though you confirm that wood is definitely not the way to go. Electricity will probably have to do
Just has done some calisthenics, when I was student. Still holding the form. OAP is the move, which I can master only if I have done some few months regular trainings. FL just few weeks of training and done. Muscle memory. About heating, then simple and small house, which is insulated properly, is very economy to heat with airpumps, which heat water in the floor. On this friday new strong video coming out.
@@MarekKubi Gonna follow your channel for sure, I've already got a lot of experience in construction, but I'm still so overwhelmed 😑😑
@@MarekKubi Btw video idea, you should defo make some vids on affordable heating systems like that air heating system you just told me, I have no idea how that functions
@@alexjulius69 Thanks for video idea. That is not my cup of tea. There need more experience in that part. I have experience in constructive stuff, but not that much at technical. But yes, I need some ideas for my future content.
@@alexjulius69 Yes, my first renovated object had many mistakes and today I would done it differently. Experience comes with years. Today I still learn some stuff. But I think, that I am experienced enough to build my first home without major mistakes. Usually first home is built to enemy, second to friend, but third to yourself. Usually homes are built too quickly. But I had already many years to understand, how to make things.
It's best to visit a different toilet for each day of the week - that means 7 toilets is optimal.
That is a proper recommendation :D
I hope this guy gets to buy that land and build.
Thanks for that special comment. Yes, working hard to collect enough money for that dream and also trying to be the best dad and husband at the same time :)
Living in the house is not the same as living in flat. Two toilets are must for family and it would be better to have one near the entrance to house. Building house on the cliff has own issues. Power generator will not help you in case electrical heating is broken and require several days to be repaired. Storage place is needed anyway it can be non heated. Overall nice videos keep going.
Hello Slava. Thank you very much for subscription! Yes 2 toilets does give more freedom, in usage, but my future house is so small, that it is not big distance from outside to the toilet. So it is easy to make a proper roomplan to make them near with 1 toilet. Building on cliff I agree, it depends on many things. You cant use own water and canalization for example. Also making a ditch is more expensive. About power outage I dont panic that much. In my country they are rare and happens few times per 10 years. And my family can live in a tent also few days with -20c. So in a house is way warmer at winter without electricity. Storage again agree. Now I desided, that sauna gonna be in separate man-cave house. And with my new roomplan I have many storage places now. But this video is for those, who cant put theire finance together and need to sacrifice on a luxury stuff. So having less is cheaper. It is better to live in a flat-like house, that in a flat. I dont like to teach people to save on a build quality. Thanks again and hopefully you gonna see my real house build in the future ;)
Конечно нормально..
in a weird way I like you
Sometimes I feel, that I am awesome.
Wood in my country are so expensive.
Hey, interesting what country youre from?
I'm indonesian. 3 times more expensive than concrete. And 2 times more expensive than light weight steel. With that cost we just got pine wood house, if we use teak wood or another hardwood it'll more more expensive than pine wood house. if we find a wooden house in Indonesia, the owner must be a rich person.
@@henikachandra8074 Now I know. So you can visit Estonia. We just burn wood to cook and get warm. Pretty sure you enjoy that view here :D Here rich people use concrete for expensive houses :P
Basically you’re living in a shack
Yes, shack is the most budget living place.
good luck with 1 bath once you have teenagers, plus low resale value, rest of your advises are great...
I'm old, i will get up and pee three times a night
Yes, some nights after beer-evenings I also pee 3 times per night.
Rich or poor, wife flushing sock can cost you everything. :+ (
I just had to put in the number one way to reduce the cost of a building. Have your fellow taxpayer pay for it by using the government's money.
Waste of time
