    I admire how wholesome this video is. The information presented is easy to comprehend, and the thumbnail nicely summarises the talking points of the video. Videos like this are difficult to find nowadays, with the predatory clickbait tactics used.

      Thanks dude! I didnt find yet that informative and straight to the point videos, which I like to produce. Usually there are perfect presentation, but lack of knowledge, or powerpoint stuff. So I think, that my style is unique :D. Sadly thumbnail like that is very poor and I dont get as much clicks, as I would hope. But who knows, maybe one day algoritms favor my style ;) Anyways it is my hobby and I get bigger satisfaction from good feedback, like yours, then from monetization. But maybe one day I can turn my passion to fulltime work, then I am really satisfied men :D

    Very informative. Too many forget the basics. I especially like the advice on corners and bathroons. Here in the US it seems so popular to have a roof with a 14 hips, pitches, and trusses. Miks?
    Sest kogu raha investeeritakse majadesse, ehitusmaterjali jne, mis sisuliselt laotakse hunnikusse ning seda aastakümnete jooksul.

    Living in the house is not the same as living in flat. Two toilets are must for family and it would be better to have one near the entrance to house. Building house on the cliff has own issues. Power generator will not help you in case electrical heating is broken and require several days to be repaired. Storage place is needed anyway it can be non heated. Overall nice videos keep going.

    • @MarekKubi
      @MarekKubi  Před 3 lety +2

      Hello Slava. Thank you very much for subscription! Yes 2 toilets does give more freedom, in usage, but my future house is so small, that it is not big distance from outside to the toilet. So it is easy to make a proper roomplan to make them near with 1 toilet. Building on cliff I agree, it depends on many things. You cant use own water and canalization for example. Also making a ditch is more expensive. About power outage I dont panic that much. In my country they are rare and happens few times per 10 years. And my family can live in a tent also few days with -20c. So in a house is way warmer at winter without electricity. Storage again agree. Now I desided, that sauna gonna be in separate man-cave house. And with my new roomplan I have many storage places now. But this video is for those, who cant put theire finance together and need to sacrifice on a luxury stuff. So having less is cheaper. It is better to live in a flat-like house, that in a flat. I dont like to teach people to save on a build quality. Thanks again and hopefully you gonna see my real house build in the future ;)

      I'm indonesian. 3 times more expensive than concrete. And 2 times more expensive than light weight steel. With that cost we just got pine wood house, if we use teak wood or another hardwood it'll more more expensive than pine wood house. if we find a wooden house in Indonesia, the owner must be a rich person.

      @@henikachandra8074 Now I know. So you can visit Estonia. We just burn wood to cook and get warm. Pretty sure you enjoy that view here :D Here rich people use concrete for expensive houses :P

    I just had to put in the number one way to reduce the cost of a building. Have your fellow taxpayer pay for it by using the government's money.
