Yeah, I think D&B artists doing dubstep tend to make GREAT use of the space that dubstep gives them. Quite a few of my favourite dubstep tracks have come from D&B artists - Black Sun Empire (half of their "Lights & Wires" album is dubstep), Camo & Krooked whenever they've dabbled in dubstep, Joe Ford's dubstep tracks, Emperor's (and his Monuman alias') dubstep tracks, Noisia's dubstep tracks... I could go on!
