Many people complain about pickpocketing, but I just LOVE it. It’s cheeky and fun. I remember back in the day, I just boot up the game and pickpocket all the guards and reload the area. Oh and play as Murray and just shake the guards for coins & loots is hella fun as well. Here I am wishing Sly 2 & 3 will come sooner than later to PS5. Oh and the only thing I love more than pickpocketing is that mission in Sly 3, the feeding the croc mission LOL.
My most recent playthrough, I used cheats to go to Episode 8 just like you did. Wanted to do a "New Game Plus" playthrough with the ability to use gadgets early.
Quick tip if you whant to do the second metod. At least in the ps3 vertion (cuz is the one I am plaing) yo can re-enter the building even if you finished the mission the only change is that insted of running to the ligth you just have to get out of the building and then go inside to reload the pokets.
