Fun play through! I was just coming to mention this, it's something I see a lot of players miss, but glad to see you noticed it. Another rule item, at 58:39 you did not need to spend two time, only one. You placed a focus die that had the time symbol showing onto rest. Rest pips the die UP, not down, so it does NOT cause time to be spent. You only spend the time penalty if a die that is showing the time symbol would need to be pipped down. If you place it on a spot that pips up (like rest) or that doesn't cause a pip change, you do NOT have to spend time. Page 14 of the rulebook (in bold): You only use time if you need to DECREASE your focus and time is already the upward face.
Two years later. Finally got my copy from the 2nd Kickstarter and I‘m hooked. Will definitely watch all your playthroughs (after I visited the respective planets myself). Thanks for doing these, Colin 🙂.

On 36:25 you revealed the Temperamental Bone Cube opportunity card which tells you to resolve the storm trigger...I think that what you should do is to draw another storm card to replace the one on top of the deck and then change the level of the storm token. Instead of that, you resolved the effect of the storm card. I think this was a mistake. If you read the FAQ at the end of the Grakkis booklet it clarifies this somehow. In general, I love all your videos and I seriously believe you do the best playthroughs of cooperative and solo board games... congratulations
The look of the pieces and cards got me thinking of Vindication, and after checking bgg I got it confirmed, Orange Nebula! Vindication is a really good game that flew under the radar for many, so I hope this game gets more attention👍🏻 A plus for real minis, which wasn’t the case with Vindication.

In case you, or anyone else didn't get the memo yet and was still interested, Unsettled is back on kickstarter with 5 new planets and some additional gameplay modules!
It's definitely one of those "theme as much as you like" type games. You can play it with some groups and have it feel very abstract: "I need two green, and to be on that card, to place a black cube" or others and have it feel like a sci-fi novel: "you see my drop to my knees, scrabbling in the dirt desperately to pull free two hunks of rocky minerals before climbing the sheer cliffs to the wind swept escarpment, the reflection of 1,000s of glowing sentient fungi reflect in my helmet before I reach down and give the sustaining nutrients to the Mother Root..." The game does supply flavor text, and very evocative illustrations, but I think the inclination of the group really determines the feel theme-wise.
The components looked beautiful when I've seen both kickstarters. Your playthroughs convinced me how fun this game actually is. I'm gonna back this second one. 😁 If only I liked painting minis. Those look so awesome.
I agree, I was actually worried about this but so far I've had no problem having a blast on repeat plays and now 3 more planets and modules to add! So much goodness!
If ever I saw the creature who became the ancient bones, I would definitely be petrified! 😱😱 There'd probably be a sudden release of pressurised gas, too! 😂

This is Mike, and as the high school teacher in the crew I can help with “yeet”. It means to throw something away with great force. Here are a few example usages: “My mother failed to procure the birthday cake I wanted, so I yeeted the whole thing out the window” “When I found out my man was cheating on me, I said ‘boy bye’ and yeeted him out of my life and out of my house”
For the Robotics Breakthroughs (the ones that were allowing the push and pull of explorers) shouldn’t you have advanced time when crossing a node-edge with a time symbol? Those breakthroughs don’t indicate to ignore node-edge symbols.
@@OneStopCoopShop Yes I just checked the glossary, you’re right! Anything that says “place an explorer” ignores node-edge effects. It’s definitely hard keeping track of all the rules 😅😅
I mean I won with literally 2 time left, so to me that is pretty much perfect haha! Great challenge to puzzle it out but still fun and exciting to play. With that being said, each Task is it's own thing and they are not specifically harder/easier per say just different things happen in each of them. Similar to Robinson Crusoe in that way. You can always make the game harder (and they have adjustments in the rulebook) for starting with lower focus on your focus cubes. But I will say personally this felt like the perfect difficulty to ensure I could get all the tasks done in the allotted time. Does that help?
Ahh that's a huge bummer cause it totally works solo.. the nice thing is nothing is exclusive so once they finish shipping to the US you will be able to get this at their website!
@@OneStopCoopShop - Afraid that shipping + taxes (to UK) make that impossible.... oh well - can't play every game anyway. Just teaches me to trust my gut more.

KNOWN ERROR: When you gather Data you do this at LUNA's node NOT the explorer's node! This is done incorrectly for the entire playthrough!

From what I understand only moves cause node edge effects to be activated not push or pulls!
