Young Thug Judge Gets Heated, Reprimands Trial Attorneys for Lack of Preparation

- The courtroom is heating up in Young Thug's trial as opening statements are being presented on Monday. “Well, I told you to do that a week ago,” Judge Ural Glanville said showing his frustration after the defense admitted all slides were not submitted prior to opening statements beginning. Atlanta rapper Young Thug, born Jeffery Williams, faces multiple charges under Georgia’s RICO Act. Williams, believed to be the leader of the YSL collective, supposedly operated a “criminal street gang” from outside his residence. Williams faces eight charges in a 65-count indictment.

Take one example the judge in the rittenhouse trial (no, not the rye whisky) was the exact same personality as this judge, but sided with the defense and caught just as much flack because he was playing for the media and trying to get a sound bite. Okay, so defense attorney asked for mistrial because prosecutor didnt follow court orders. Judge dismissed motion for mistrial and 5 mins later the prosecutor admits that she didnt follow court orders then judge tells the prosecutor to do what she was instructed to do a week ago. 😂 Mr.Williams will be home by end of first quarter of 2024.

It’s really dropped the ball the entire time, and the judge goes along with it and overalls, every single objection by the defense, every single one of them. Then, did you see the very end of court that last day on Thursday the prosecution is mad because the defense once a witness list that they have yet to receive.😮 she said they don’t have time they barely have time to do anything else😒 you mean because it was your choice to obtain come up with 700 useless witnesses? And yet somehow the judge ignores all of that the witnesses should be striked atp because I haven’t you Furnished a list of defense by now? That doesn’t give them a fair chance to represent their clients efficiently, even though they are doing a great job because the prosecution is so elementary. In football terms, they keep fumbling the ball in generating interceptions.
