I love the way the bathroom sink works. However, it might be nice to have 3 drawers under the seat with no cabinet doors at all so it is easier to get to things in the back.
Your designs are unique and gorgeous. Your material selections make it modern but still cozy. I would love to see a design very similar to this but 10 feet wide with a larger living room area and a bit smaller windows in the living room and flex room, though I do like the angular shape of the end windows.
I love the idea of tiny homes--they're very practical. I just wish that every county/state would standardize their requirements and codes for them and that across the United States they would recognize them as an alternative home so that it was less complicated to secure a loan and insure them. For instance, you find tiny house manufacturer in Texas, and you love their tiny homes so much, you want to have it shipped to a property in your home state. Texas building standards may not be the same as they are in your state which leads to all kinds of legal and financial problems.
Bet it's over $200k, right?! Serious, if it is, forget it... The industry for tiny homes and mobile homes have failed to remember WHY people would want these.... for the LOW cost. Less than $100k is the only way I'd ever buy a tiny home.
There is a privacy screen...this window is not standard, it is a feature our client wanted to add. Typically there is no window in the shower or a small transom window for a bit of natural light.
200 grand would be my guess. i like the modern style standing loft full use of the square footage bath sink hydronic floor heat. i have a beach lot in ocean shores washington this would be fabulous on.

When you said spa like bathrooms Iam invisioning a bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub and combination tiled shower and toilet and a round on top of cabinets also there house would have looked better with stainless steel full size appliances with your oak wood hiding the refrigerator and dishwasher but it was made the way they wanted it glad to hear this person in L A can now have tiny homes on their property 😊😊

I just would not want a window in shower area! Windows are great but so will the heat from the sun so would want special shades on them any sun coming through a window is like a magnifying glass doubles colouration and heat
We need this in Australia, this could help solve the housing problem we have. I'd have to have a skylight over my bed for star gazing. Put my sauna and cold plunge out back. Love it.
This is such a pretty tiny home. I can't imagine renting it out though. You can easily get a squatter who doesn't pay rent or someone who will destroy this home. The law won't care either. It's disgusting that this is the new world we live in.

Dishwashers in tinies, I find that wasteful and daft, but the house is otherwise quite fantastic with a very clever bathroom sink.

Kev is 5'10. The standing height of the dropped loft is 6'3 3/4" Hope that helps give some perspective.
