Apocalypse Again | Endzone 2 (Post-Apocalyptic City Builder - Demo)

- Endzone 2 is a post-apocalyptic settlement builder where we lead a little group of plucky survivors as they try to not die in a world which has become a bit of a wasteland. I'm not quite sure what the apocalyptic event was this time round but I'll assume some sort of nuclear war, that's always a safe bet!
When we begin we only have a bus, a handful of people and some meagre resources. We have no buildings, no defences, no home, so we have to immediately set about finding a new place to settle down. The first place we find isn't great but fortunately the second is quite good, and fortunately so because we were looking a little low on water...
Soon we build up a settlement that provides the basics, such as water, food and wood. We try as best we can to build linked buildings near to each other, so water storage near wells for example, to make sure we get some lovely production boosts.
We're also able to drive around in our bus, exploring locations, looting goodies and picking up research points as we go!
However we're soon handed our first real test when we experience a drought, which goes on for quite a while and is quite punishing on both our water and food reserves.

I think during a drought you need to close the weaver building as they drain your water supplies

Iodine is used as a protection against radiation. But in tablet form, not liquid, which is an antiseptic. I'm not sure if you've watched Chernobyl the tv series? In that, they unfortunately drink iodine thinking it will protect them.
OH...the wells must not overlap their radius. All your wells are pulling from the same source. If you spread them out then each will have a good source for itself
(Didn't know you played this specific game, but look forward to this playthrough seeing what you do in the Demo! Oof, rather plague-y. There is debate whether the starting vehicle is a school bus or fire engine.)

Ah, yes, that might have been a poor choice of words! Perhaps I should have said they were 'attending' the well, rather than being 'in' the well!
@@TheGeekCupboard Well, who knows, maybe they actually had to go into the well to fetch water from the well? I don't think rope was a resource in this game after all

I am! Things slowed down with the regular series because I was away for a week but now I'm back and getting the regular series back on track. The plan is for Supermarket Simulator to return tomorrow!
