Working Computer from SCRAP LAPTOP Parts - Frankenstein PC Ep. 1

Made from scrap parts of some dead laptops, some other spare parts I have, zipties, and some solder. So essentially nothing but a bare motherboard.

Dude, hopefully you didn't have that zip ties on the heat sink for too long. Heat sinks do get hot, very hot ...and it could melt or burn the plastic zip ties. Good video.

I'm gonna have a triple motherboard pc using a vaio motherboard(Workstation), a Lenovo motherboard(I'll use it for gaming, and somewhat workstation), and a chromebook motherboard(I will experiment until it's very usable to my liking, like replacing Chrome OS with Gallium OS).

i use a lenovo idea[ad z370 and i have never heard of one having a pentium. mines running windows 10 pro as of now with a new ssd. they are really good systems
(edit) i did my research and there are actually pentium models. u could upgrade the cpu to a core i5 or even an i7 as they are socketed systems. mine originally had an i3 processor now upgraded to a core i5

I believe those small ones run on 5v. As far as I know, they used to come from older desktops CPU cooling systems (I'm talking pentium 4 era). The larger ones run on 12v.
