    Hi Tony do you also winter wash evergreens such as Yews? Or is this only a process for deciduous trees?

    Great video as I didn’t know about that. It does smell bad just like alloy wheel cleaners. 🤪🤙

    Thanks Tony, you're not wrong about the smell! It's awful haha. Will you do anything similar in late winter? I know some people do a winter wash now and then again before spring.

    Hi Tony. Great video. Can you winter wash in February before buds open or is it too late? Cheers.

    Thanks for sharing the video Tony, most helpful. Do you bother washing your towels after you've used them for protecting the soil or are they a write off? I guess with the smell, maybe not.

    Hi Tony, thank you for your video it's given me the confidence to proceed as I am about to do this for the first time. Can I ask if I suspect a pine might or might not have a small infestation of those white woolly aphids would I still need to proceed and treat them with a suitable spray as well or would the lime wash take care of that so no need?

    Hi Tony! Firstly thanks so much for sharing your wisdom with us. I want to ask about black bag yamadori technique. I do not have option to store my trees inside room or greenhouse. My only opition is to put them outside in a bag (where is about 0C night / 10C day) or to the quite dark cellar (10~15C). Have you any recomandation for me, what is better option?

    • @TonyTickle
      @TonyTickle  Před rokem +1

      The bag needs to get hot, I would use your cellar first and when the frosts/cold is no more take the bags outside in full sun

    Hi Tony, would I be spraying the foliage of all my pines JBP/JRP, JWP and my larches too? Drenching the foliage or just a fine mist?
